where he, like many muslim apologists over and over stated surah 5:32 out of context:
The Holy Quran categorically rejects all forms of terrorism. It says, "Whosoever killed a person ... it shall be as if he had killed all mankind" (5:33).
He gave the wrong verse number 5:33 instead of 5:32 (he probably regreted it because 5:33 is one verse that muslims try very hard to hide), but that isn't the problem.
The problem is how they alway take the verse out of its context to make it sound peaceful. Lets look at the full context here:
5:32 For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind. Our messengers came unto them of old with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), but afterwards lo! many of them became prodigals in the earth.
5:33 The only reward of those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land. Such will be their degradation in the world, and in the Hereafter theirs will be an awful doom;
So, firstly he took out the part of 5:32 that that verse actually targeted "Children of Israel" (doesn't sound like muslims are asked to follow it).
Secondly, he too out the middle part of the sentence that where it says those who do "corruption/mischief in the earth" can be killed to avoid questions about what those "corruption/mischief " means according to other verses from the Quran.
Thirdly, he ignored the next verse completely, which ordered killing / crucifixion / cutting hands and feet on alternate sides of the enemies of Allah.
And this is exactly why we should support Lowe's decision not to support such islamic deception!
