If they included crack in the smoking ban ordinance, that's really going to hurt the North County businesses.

The voters followed the money and found out that big pharma was behind all of the lies about second hand smoke and soundly defeated the smoking ban.

Then you should have voted with your pocketbook by not going to establishments that allow smoking.

All you did was allow government tell someone what that can or can't do in their own business on something that was legal. Well thank you voters of St. Louis County for giving away a freedom of choice.

You should take the VOTERS seriously. They have stated here, just like in Ohio, that they no longer want to inhale your toxic fumes.

Kinda sore that most people think your addiction needs to be done away from them, aren't you. Smokers are no longer king and it time that you figured that out. For a long time non smokers did not have freedom of choice. Everywhere was smoking. Non smoking areas do not work. If there is one smoker then the place is smoking. Smokers cannot figure that out.

One more warning to smokers. You need to be on your best behavior while smoking outside. Do not stand too close to the door and do not drop your butts on the ground or we will ban smoking in outdoor places too. Police yourselves and tell the bad smokers to clean up their act. This vote goes to show you just how tired non smokers are of your crap so you need to sit up and take notice and change your behavior.
