I totally agree. This made me sick and I don't know why he's not charged with attempted murder and held on NO bail.

This poor woman is going to have a lot of medical bills, is out of work, suffering needlessly and who knows what else. Watch his insurance company, assuming he has it, deny any claims because his actions were willful. She's going to need a lot of help...

I live in Daytona. If the guy who ran over the young lady had truly wanted to prove his racist point, he would have driven through one of the predominantly black neighborhoods. Instead, he trolls the beachside and hits a young black lady, chosen at random. Too cowardly to take his mission to the "hood" I guess.
