I HEARD IT WAS BLEDSO COUNTY AND EVEN IF HE WAS ARRESTED UPCHURCH WOULD LET HIM GO IN ALL LIKLY HOOD. IS THIS THE SAME COUNTY YOU HEARD? AND IF HE WAS JUST CAUGHT AND NOT ARRESTED WELL THATS JUST THE WAY THINGS WORK. LOOK AT THE EX-GRAYSVILLE POLICE OFFICER ENTRUSTED TO ENFORCE THE LAW BUT IS INVESTIGATED FOR THEFT WHEN MORE THAN LIKELY HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED AND EXPLAINED IT TO A JUDGE JUST LIKE THE REST OF US DO.

1 McKenzie is also one of those people who makes himself feel big by knocking down people and talking down to them to compensate for his obvious inadaquacies in height and apparently in the bedroom. |

1 a) Curses people, for no reason other than he is having a bad day ( which he apparently has every day ) in front of large crowds and in a court of law b) Feels he must knock people down in order to make himself feel big c) is an embarrassment to other judges and the judicial system and d) according to the posts at this site, drives drunk and then locks people up for doing the same thing ( can you say HYPOCRIT ), THEN, YES, MCKENZIE IS A CHRISTIAN AND IS DOING EVERYTHING JESUS WANTS HIM TO DO. |

2 a) Some people assume that Christians should never show signs of a temper. If a Christian raises his voice or becomes visibly upset, some people think or act as though he violated his duty as a Christian. Consider: God is angry with sin. Psalm 7:11 – Because He is a just God, God is angry with sinners every day. Surely God’s anger is not wrong. It is proper, for it is even based on His justice. Many other passages show that God is angry when people commit sin. He will punish sinners in wrath. If God is infinitely righteous yet is often angry, why should we conclude that people are always wrong when they are angry? So just because our Honorable Judge displays an "anger" as you refer, simply shows us that he is of a loving, righteous, divine realtionship with his God, which as you know as a Christian, is OUR God too. b)You are wrong in concluding that Judge McKenzie must resort to "knock people down in order to make himself feel big". In a way you are correct but WRONG in the use of the analogy. You sound bitter and are thrusting that bitterness onto a symbol,, in this case that symbol is the symbol of equity, of law, of reson. Judge McKenzie bears the tremendous burden of having to JUDGE others and serves as a direct servant of God in the administration of justice. As our Bible reads in Matthew 7:1, "Judge not, that ye be not judged". The Biblical principle of “judge not lest you be judged” is much like the principle of sowing and reaping. If you judge others harshly, God will judge you harshly. If you judge other people with love and compassion, God will be merciful when He judges you. Judge Mckenzie carries the tremndous burden of judgment for us all, for YOU and this is how you repay his service to his public, his citizens, his God? You should be ashamed. c)He is NOT an embarrassment to other judges. The facts are extremely clear that Judge McKenzie stands as an oracle as defined in the dictionary as: a person giving wise or authoritative decisions or opinions in an authoritative or wise expression or answer. I need not comment any further on this as you know, or should know, that Judge McKenzie spawns from a lineage of great legal minds that actually helped the very county we now call home. His ancestry is rich with legal minded wisdom. d) Is not worthy of a response. You merely have resorted to the sinful spreading of lies. This is how we allow Satan to enter into our minds and our hearts by allowing his evil doers to go out among the world to destroy God's work. How better to destroy God's work than to chastise and destroy God's called servants? The only hypocrisy I see here is the reflective words you say into the mirror of your soul. Look into YOUR own heart before you attempt to look into anothers. Be well and God Bless You. |

1 You have successfully achieved my points, each and every one of them. So, exactly when are these new "rules" you speak of that will inhibit, restrict or suppress my free speech rights? Come on, educate me. I think you are confusing my comments as some sort of non-profit promotion company designed to bolster one person-product over another. I'm not quite certain of what those advocacy groups are called, but one thing for certain is you are misinformed and are spreading that misinformation on this forum as some sort of "scare tactic" to suppress my very well written rebuttal comment to a mean, nasty comment about a fair and impartial man who just happens to be the servant to the people as their judge. Under a rock? Why would you say such a mean thing to me? Please point out exactly what it is in anything I posted about Judge McKenzie that is somehow immoral, illegal or needs revision. I also do not understand how I am making a fool of myself as you say. On what divine authority do you say such thing? God is my Master, my Father, my Judge in Heaven. On Earth, whatever our authoritative jurisdictions are found the Bible teaches us to respect and submit to authority. Christians are to recognize that God has granted authority in this realm to those who by his providence "exist" (Romans 13:1; cf. John 19:11). Thus they are called dutifully to subject themselves to civil authorities (I Peter 2:13-17) who are described as God's servants to prevent evildoers and to encourage good behavior (Romans 13:1ff.). This authority requires not only subjection but also the rendering of various taxes, respect, and honor (Romans 13:7). But please, just because you may have been subjected to the harsh hand of justice do not come here to invoke your rather violent atitude against me and my opinion of a man whom I feel is a great legal scholar of sound, fair and impartial mind. God Bless You. |
