Obama's Biography is Leaking
Posted in the Dayton Forum
This isn't going away.
The Democrats know they are going to lose big with Obama on the ticket. They need to be rid of him. ABC News is already printing this story. Hilary would be thrilled to take his place.
They are bringing up Rev. Wright again, too.
So is your dirty diaper, but we don't have a thread for that(yet)
ROFLMBO and you who says "trust no one", are willing to believe that? What has been proven, is the released birth certificate is a forgery.
It still doesn't matter though.
In order to legally run for president a candidate's parents, BOTH OF THEM, must be citizens of this country. It is undeniable that his father was never a citizen of this country. NEVER. He is not legally the president right now, but the Democrat controlled Congress in 2008 certified him anyway. ILLEGALLY.
McCain played nice last election and lost and I hope Romney and the Republicans don't do the same. Remember, good guys finish last. Palin wanted to get down and dirty but McCain wanted to play nice.
playing nice is the right way. dirty politics is evil and ben lurkin is evil. no one believes a word that he posts. slimey repubs won't win it for romney.
Playing nice is the right way? Just how nice is it to call to call Republicans slimey? Perhaps you need to prctice what your preach?
And by the way, if you really belived that I am "evil" and "dumb" and nobody believes a word I say, you would not need to say so.
In fact, you are scared to death that Obama is going to lose.
And remember when the Dems called Bush a nazi!
Anybody who genuinely believes the vitriol and name calling are coming from the Republicans isn't really listening to the "discourse" at all. The same for "extremist rhetoric".
It's an axiom, whatever the Democrats are accusing the Republicans of doing is what they, themselves are doing. The sooner people learn that, the better off everybody will be.
Besides, it means the Dems. always tip their hand..........Always. Listen. They are giving their strategy and plans away.
I could care less who wins. It won't matter. If Romney wins then life will go on but I will not lie about Romney like you repubs on this forum do against Obama. Repubs started the nasty politics long ago. Thank Fox nutwork for that.
There is no need to lie about Obama's record. Everything the man says and does is recorded in one way or another and so is the result. The results have been dismal to say the least.
The public knows the economy is not improving and the public knows the unemployment rate is rising.

How Mitt Romney’s Mexican-Born Father Was Eligible to be President
Mitt Romney’s father, George Romney, has been invoked on the campaign trail often.
On Thursday night, Romney mentioned the fact that his father was born in Mexico in response to Gingrich’s allegations that he is “anti-immigrant,” which raises the question: If George Romney was born in Mexico, how could he run for president?
It is clear that naturalized citizens cannot qualify for the office of president, but there is no clarification in the U.S. Constitution pertaining to people born to U.S. citizens in a foreign country, and there is no definition of a “natural-born citizen.” Some experts have challenged the idea that foreign-born children of U.S. citizens are “natural-born” because citizenship is conferred upon them after birth.
A Congressional Research Service report published in November comes closest to answering that question.
“There have been legitimate legal issues raised concerning those born outside of the country to U.S. citizens,” the report states.“The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term ‘natural born’ citizen would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship ‘by birth’ or ‘at birth,’ either by being born ’in’ the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to alien parents; by being born abroad to U.S. citizen-parents; or by being born in other situations meeting legal requirements for U.S. citizenship ‘at birth.’”
George Romney was born to American citizens living in a Mormon church colony in Chihuahua, Mexico.
George Romney was given citizenship at birth because he was born to American citizens, essentially granting him the status of a natural-born citizen.
“When you’re born outside the United States to [U.S.] citizens, you have citizenship at birth,” explained Peter J. Spiro, a professor of law and an expert on the law of citizenship at Temple University.“You don’t have to do anything to claim your citizenship. You are a citizen from birth.”
Romney was the first presidential candidate born outside the United States to run in the Republican primary of 1968 raised many questions.
“This is not the kind of issue that was decided by the courts,” Spiro said.“No court has said definitively, but I think there’s some consensus understanding that a person such as George Romney would be eligible to be president.”
President Obama was dogged for much longer by the birther movement about where he was born. The president released his birth certificate as proof that he was born in Hawaii.
Citizenship for foreign-born children of U.S. nationals is not an issue that has gained widespread attention. George Romney didn’t make it far enough into the campaign for it to pose a problem, but that’s likely to change, Spiro says.
“Going forward, there are likely to be other cases of other individuals who are born out the United States with citizenship, who achieve political prominence and who are in the ballpark for presidency,” he said.“This issue is not going to go away.”
Several members of Congress — mostly Republicans — have attempted to cement this practice into a bill.
Former Sen. Don Nickles introduced the Natural Born Citizen Act in 2004 to define the term, natural-born citizen, to include people who derived citizenship at birth from a U.S. citizen parent and to children under 18 who were adopted by U.S. citizens.
Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, went a step further, introducing the Equal Right to Govern Amendment in July 2003 to allow immigrants who had been naturalized for at least 20 years to run for president.
President Obama's Mother was a US Citizen so whether he was born in Hawaii as proven or elsewhere he is still considered a US Citizen.
There is questions on who was Obama's father?
We would still like to see his Occidental College records and who he hung out with. I know both Obama and Hillary were enamored with Saul Alinsky and you know his radical record.
The Constitution is unambiguous regarding the requirement that both parents be citizens. This Obama cannot claim, ergo, he is not eligible for the office of President and is in that office illegally.
So far as he birth certificate is concerned, his "proof" has been proven a computer created forgery by forensic experts.
I could say nobody knows who Obama really is, or who really sired him. However, I think the media lap dogs know and are keeping it hidden. I also think the Russians know and are blackmailing Obama to gain enormous concessions in our defense systems.
I believe the word for Obama's action there would be treason, giving aid to the enemy. Don't believe me? You have seen the video where Obama, who thought the mike was off, promised Medvedev more concessions after his re-election? How much more proof of his treachery could any rational person want? For that impeachable offense alone, he should have been removed from office months ago.

Are you intellectually blinded by the truth....or just plain stupid?
Qualifications for President and the “Natural
Born” Citizenship Eligibility Requirement
November 14, 2011
The Constitution sets out three eligibility requirements to be President: one must be 35 years of
age, a resident “within the United States” for 14 years, and a “natural born Citizen.” There is no
Supreme Court case which has ruled specifically on the presidential eligibility requirements
(although several cases have addressed the term “natural born” citizen), and this clause has been
the subject of several legal and historical treatises over the years, as well as more recent litigation.
The term “natural born” citizen is not defined in the Constitution, and there is no discussion of the
term evident in the notes of the Federal Convention of 1787.
At the time of
independence, and at the time of the framing of the Constitution, the term “natural born” with
respect to citizenship was in use for many years in the American colonies, and then in the states,
from British common law and legal usage. Under the common law principle of jus soli (law of the
soil), persons born on English soil, even of two alien parents, were “natural born” subjects and, as
noted by the Supreme Court, this “same rule” was applicable in the American colonies and “in the
United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the Constitution ...” with respect to
citizens. In textual constitutional analysis, it is understood that terms used but not defined in the
document must, as explained by the Supreme Court,“be read in light of British common law”
since the Constitution is “framed in the language of the English common law.
From historical material and case law, it appears that the common understanding of the
term “natural born” in England and in the American colonies in the 1700s may have included
both the strict common law meaning as born in the territory (jus soli), as well as the statutory
laws adopted in England since at least 1350, which included children born abroad to British
fathers (jus sanguinis, the law of descent).
The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term “natural born” citizen would
mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship “by birth” or “at birth,” either by being born
“in” the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to alien parents; by being born
abroad to U.S. citizen-parents; or by being born in other situations meeting legal requirements for
U.S. citizenship “at birth.” Such term, however, would not include a person who was not a U.S. citizen by birth or at birth, and who was thus born an “alien” required to go through the legal
process of “naturalization” to become a U.S. citizen
NOTE the word "citizen" is singular not plural.
As in his mother (singular) was a US citizen/
So get your head out of your ass and read the constitution.
Ignore ben lurkin. He is a right-wing extremist. He hates all liberals. He hates Obama because of skin color. The repubs on this forum never talk rationally. they just make up things. They worry too much. If Obama wins in November it will not be the end of the world. Unemployment is down. Obama has created over 4 million jobs. The economy which the repubs messed up is getting stronger. Ignore the tea party quacks.
I think he is just plain stupid.
NO...you are the lie. Unemployment has gone down. Obama will win in a landslide.
I am. I apologize. I was off my meds for the past week.
It will not happen again!
