I've heard of an impending 800 unit development in the Lakeside area, scheduled to begin in the next several months. It is reportedly a high-end complex of some type. It sounds as though this is being built by someone from the Denver market. Does anyone else have a problem with a development of this side being handled by an out-of-market contractor with no concern for local impact?
