Now this thug has his taxpayer funded lawyer saying he was breaking up a fight that was "just about to start" between the victim and his brother.
All the patrons who were around the victim say this isn't true and they didn't even notice the victim until he was punched. Also, the cops original story was that the guy was on his cell phone using loud, foul language.
The victim has now had two brain surgeries.

A Double Standard means that there is no Standard.

I am certain that in the end this criminal that has crippled a fellow human being will recieve the same justice that any other abuser would recieve......

Jail time, Loss of 2nd Ammendment Rights, lifetime registeration as a Predator, DNA Samples provided, loss of employment, Alcohol Monitoring, Probation, curfews.

I almost missed what will be the sweetest punishment....His loss of the Right To Privacy, and his knowledge that at any time SWAT can kick in his door, terrorize his family, and drag him out for a good Tasering if he is "alleged" to have violated the rules of Probation.

This is why we are all safe and secure in Amerika Today......Our Lawyer Judges and Lawyer Politicians mete out "Blind Justice"

Typical cop, How in he world did this guy think it was up to him to correct the problem? He was off duty, why not get the business owner or employee's involved? NOOOOOOO..... He is a big bad arse cop and he is always right, and what was the need for the punch? After all his training the only way to take care off the situation was to punch the guy? What a joke, this guy should never be a cop again !!!! And needs to do jail time !! The "ONLY' good cop, is a DEAD cop !!!!!!!!!!

There, I fixed it for you!
The rest of your comment was nonsense, cops are like any other group of people, most are good, some are not.

If the Minneapolis cop was afraid for his safety as the victim was standing up then he should never have become a cop if he is that afraid. It sounds like the cop just has a short fuse. I wonder how many times he has assaulted people in bars before this incident?

I'm always in favor of letting the legal system do it's job, but meaningless run on sentences are good too, dip wad...

Hey lady, if you could not understand those THREE sentences, then you need that refresher ESL class.

I wonder the same thing... Doesn't this "veteran" cop and soldier know ANYTHING about self-DEFENSE moves, or is the only thing he knows is how to sucker punch an unsuspecting victim?

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Virgo

You have energy to burn today and it needs positive outlets, otherwise you'll be rather ratty and impatient. You want to work on activities that will show you in a good light, and you'll be annoyed if anyone objects to what you're doing or points out where you're going wrong. If you've been nursing a secret passion for someone, the frustration will really get to you.
