I wonder what the City Councils in all of these towns are going to do once they completely ban smoking. Obviously they have nothing else important on their agenda even during this time of massive economic turmoil or they would be working on that. I guess it is just easier for them to continue to chip away at personal freedoms and personal choices then it is to lower taxes and reduce spending.
