Do a simple google search on "Paster Frank Amedia", Touch of Heaven Ministries, Alpha & Omega Church,(Dade Co) Amadi Companies, Grand Palazzo II Inc., Aria Condos-Las Olas-Ft. Laud(foreclosure), American Architectural Products, Inc(Bankruptcy), etc, etc, etc.......

Or, do a more comprehensive backgound investigation on personal and financial, and see what you find.

Even, try a Dade Co. Property Appraiser search. Or, Clerk of Court and Public records in the local counties.

Ohio is even better, and the "buddies"...

"Pastor" Amedia, stop lying and fabricating, modus operandi.

Another case of Davie and it's leadership and Town Hall not doing it's homework.

Now you can get your applications approved by Davie Town Hall using lies, deceit and charitable contributions...maybe even campaign contributions to candidates running for public office...

I truly fail to see how 34 apartments out of 204 addresses Davie's need for affordable housing. I hope Mayor Truex comes up with a better plan since the outcome of the Mobile Home Task Force was that mobile homes ARE affordable housing. It's quite amazing that it took a task force of people almost a year, and THOUSANDS of dollars to come up with those results.

Just how many DAVIE RESIDENTS will be employed by the Amadi Company? Or will Trotters Chase employees be imported from other states? And, of the 168 (may be 34) rental units - will they be affordable for the TOWNS' residents or will they be reserved for Trotters Chase employees?? And, just what part of that land will end up off the tax rolls when a church is built?? Give ALL taxpayers a break - pay for your portion of the water plant! All developers should be paying their share of building a new water plant. Could the next TC Mtg be scheduled at the Dade County church??

600 new jobs will be employed by Trotters Chase project,. Before during and after. You family will be safe and your family will not be imported from their state to work here in Davie. The 34 units will be assigned to the Town of Davie Housing Director; she has the list of Davie residents who will be very grateful to obtain a unit at Trotters Chase. They are not friends or neighbors of the owner, they are your friends in Davie. What is your issue on the taxes, get a life and build your own church. Developers are not made of money why should they pay for your water now? We work, we pay taxes, they get tax money and they build! Any questions?

ZZTop - Sounds as if you are mad at #4. What is wrong with asking intelligent questions? Are you an Amadi employee?????? Moved out long ago due to developers, inflated prices, no water (higher water rates) traffic, bad schools, etc. Love it out of Davie.
