I must say wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oow lab rat, I really feel sorry for you. I wish I had the time on my hands that you do. After reading this I had to go to Tommy's to find out for myself. I'm so happy that one loser took the time to write this, it made me find the BEST Italian food in Florida, closest to New York. I have never eaten spaghetti-os before, spaghetti from a can?? Like I would ever take advice from someone that eats pasta from a can. Olive garden that’s what you compare it to, let me guess you like taco bell for Mexican food. Reads please don’t listen to this man, Tommy’s is AWSOME, try the pork chop. And the comment about a waiter and the cook spitting in the food, what hole of your body did you pull that from, your ***. Any advise for Chinese food, and please don’t tell me Panda Express.

Someone told me when they ate there they were served pasta that had a clump of hair in it and a rotted tooth. Do you think they were lying?

I personally think the atmosphere is very nice. I have had several items on the menu and think that their food rates higher than most so called Italian Restaurants. Nice savory flavors, and we have had nice wait staff everytime we went. I will be back and recommend to my friends. Keep up the good work! Let's keep the reviews as such....this is not an avenue to bash th public.

We recently visited a local Italian restaurant called Tommy’s. As a previous reviewer had said, it was very casual, yet quaint. They were right. We were greeted by the owner immediately after being seated introducing himself and welcomed us as new customers. After ordering the house wine, which was very pleasant and not overbearing I noticed the wine list was not only moderately priced but also quite reasonable. The bread (basic Italian) buttered with their olive oil and herb mixture was delightful. I wanted to try there vegetable soup when Tommy mentioned they made split pea soup for the first time which intrigued me. This was not an unwise choice. My wife who cannot stand split pea anything tried it and swore it was not split pea. She in fact asks the server, what kind of soup was that? The salads are a nice mixture of greens with a very nice house dressing, which I thought, was a little overpowering but on the other hand my wife loved it. The menu is not extravagant yet it had all the Italian dishes Nona would have made for Sunday dinner. Do not look for anything canned here. All the ingredients are fresh and the gravy is made with whole tomatoes. I had the combo chicken, veal and eggplant, which were excellent and better the second day. You will have leftovers. I did read a review from a disgruntled patron who evidently cannot appreciate quality Italian food. He should stick to the local Italian chains. I hope our second trip to Tommy’s is as memorable.

I think that Tommy's Restauerant is the finest Italian food that I have everhad in my life. I am only 13 years old but he has thebest food in the world. I have gone to many diffrent Italian Restauerants with my family and Tommy's is th only one that we have liked consinstently. My family and I go there every week and ommy knows all of our names and he loves to know all of his costomers. If one of his costomers is not happy he is the one that comes over and makes sure that they become happy. If you have had an unplesent visit to his Restuerant you might have not been to the one on Univirsity Drive, FL. Please don't hold it against his resturant if you got a dish that you did not like, Tommy will make a dish that is not on the menu if it will make his costomers happy. All you have to do is ask for Tommy and you will see how amazeing his Restuerant actually is. Signed, No name ;)
