Tommy's Italian Restaurant / Davie

I used to go there for lunch and they took pizza off the menu. Never been back.

slightly over priced, wiaters and waitresses not friendly, when we oredered the food was brought to table cold.would not go back again, and would not recommend it., yuck

my husband & i ate at tommy's after reading your review- it was horrible- the chicken in my husbands pasta was obviously made for another dish and just thrown into his dinner - the sauce on my shrimp scampi was brown and had mushrooms in it-that pesto they serve to start tasted like it came from a jar--we were excited to try someplace new but will not go back to tommy's

I hear they take the food that previous guests don't eat and mix it together for new guests. Just something I heard.

A waiter who works there told me that one time a customer sent his pasta back because it was too mushy. The cook made a new batch then procceded to spit on the pasta before ladling on the sauce.

Very disgusting and I urge anybody who is considering eating there to be very careful.

not really sure what these people are talking about. and labrat why would a waiter tell you that, it makes no sence. did they want you to leave? i doubt it. did you have a meal after the waiter told you this. sounds alot made up to me.i love the food at tommys and i will be back.

I hear they recycle the uneaten food. Is that true?

We eat at Tommys all the time. Great food .great prices and great atmosphere you cant beat his Monday and Tuesday low cost specials .. I read the negative reviews about his place and can only come up with the idea that some competitor of Tommys wrote those horrible things as they are either afarid of him or just flat our jealous As a side issue Tommy is a very honorable person .According to the County Restaurant inspection people he has a great rating and runs a very clean place. We all ate at Tommys with my baseball team and we loved it .. Took the whole team there after the game. Nice people fair prices and they gave all the kids free ice cream . Nice man.

Bah, Mazzola's is better. Hell, Luvn Oven is even better than Tommy's. I mean, it's a matter of opinion, of course, but I'd even rather eat at Olive Garden. It just seems safer. Not just from a sanitary aspect, but that nutty Tommy seems like he's a little unhinged because he's threatening me out in the open on the internet for all to see...
