Just curious. How many sex offenders have come up to you and told you that they raped/molested someone before trial? Heck, how many have told you they raped a baby after they were convicted? Their MO does not include talking to other people about their crimes. Think about it.

Hell their MO is minimizing the crime after being convicted. Sex offenders have entire websites tutoring other offenders what to say when asked about their crimes. Most common, Lie about the sex of the victim (change male to female) and up the age...the common citizen his hardpressed to either remember the details of the crime at the time of arrest, the offender is from out of state, the public must PAY for access to court records and the registry itself only list whether the victim was a minor or not. In the public's head, a minor is passed off by offender as his underage (girlfriend)and many fall for it. SEX offenders teach these this on their websites..Think about it, these freaks have learned the art of maipulation and opportunity, but they love to pass themselves off as being at the wrong place at the wrong time with a consentual partner and the partners parent got mad and filed charges..its crap and dont believe it... ask ten offenders what their crime was, 9 will give you the above story..In Florida they are no longer prosecuting guys who have consentual sex with a person within 4 years of each others age, one being a minor..many others are successfully petitioning off the registry when convictions are based on the "Romeo" crimes..If a guys conviction was in the last couple of years, you can bank it was for something very illegal and very distasteful to the public.

800.03 Exposure of sexual organs.--It is unlawful to expose or exhibit one's sexual organs in public or on the private premises of another, or so near thereto as to be seen from such private premises, in a vulgar or indecent manner, or to be naked in public except in any place provided or set apart for that purpose. Violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
This is a matter of interpretation. What one person may find as embarrassing, another may find as vulgar. In most cases I have seen and many I worked one, this is a catch all for what ever the prosecutor wants to charge, to include skinny dipping, streaking and urination on the side of the road. It also involves the arresting officer and how s/he wrote the arresting report. I know of many people who were "convicted" under this statute. Again, most took a plea as the lawyers on both side scare the bejesus out of the "offender" that they will be sent to prison for a very very long time, that the charge(s) are extremely severe to start with unless they agree to take the "deal" "worked out" between the lawyer and prosecutor. It happens, they did this to me 22 years ago.
You know a lot of people who were convicted under that statute??? Sounds like you need a new circle of acquaintances.

Life isn't fair for anyone, never was, never will be. But I could care less about fairness or justice for the revolting filth that violate innocent children. I do care about fighting for the right of children, not those of these criminals. If a sex offender has trouble finding a place to live or a job after they get out of prison then that is the continued punishment for their crime(s). The children who are raped and molested and sodomized are scarred for life and will never forget what happened to them. It rips apart their spirit and kills who they would have become. It is a life sentence for them.

And for those who may be unfairly labeled or punished than I say we sacrifice a few for the greater good of many.

I don't know how you can say all of those things about someone you don't even know! What if this happened to you what would you think about when someone says something like this about you? I would be a little pd off especially if they haven't even met you! So will you please do me a favor and shove your mean freaking words down your motherfreaking throats. This is my life and I trust with all my heart that he is innocent!

I think more research should be done. the real sex offenders should be sent to the moon, but a lot of them and i do mean more than people realize. are posted wrongly and labeled for life. just like dna...look at the innocent people that went to jail that were innocent. it happens with wrongly accused sex offenders too. what a horrible label to have on you, when your not one, its like an old fashion witch hunt, burning at the stake.

You seem to lean towards the idea more people are innocent than guilty. In Florida if you would do your research, anyone convicted of a crime sexual in nature in the last couple of years you can pretty much bank on the fact that they are NOT innocent. Early on, the public may have had more pause for thought on certain cases, but not anymore. Also those convicted on "Romeo" type crimes have the ability to petition off the registry at a faster rate than ever. It is not fine tuned as of yet but you make the mistake of thinking the "majority" of those registered are over prosecuted or just plain not guilty. Your wrong. In fact if you check out "just your zip code" you would be hard-pressed to find an example of peeing behind a bush or consentual older boyfriend and minor girlfriend type crimes..they just arent that common contrary to what sex offenders and or their advocates want you to believe..in fact the majority of offenders living in your airspace will leave you shaking your head, wondering why the hell they are on the streets...

Hey Val, NOONE cares what your old, gun-toting, shoot first-ask questions later ass thinks. You have nothing to offer except your Opinion. You believe because you scream the loudest and type the most comments, people will “side” with you. You want to “keep the tide going in the right direction”. Fine, fine. I don’t know about you, but I’ld rather have a sex offender who had sex with an underage GF living next door, that a deranged mad woman, who thinks it’s ok to pull her gun on an Unarmed sex offender, simply because he disagrees with her HARASSMENT. Geez, Val, looks like we ALL have skeletons in our closets don’t we? Look up Valerie Parkhurst, and HER police record. Good luck with your crusade, Val.

Hey Roar-
EVERYONE is armed with 2 arms, it doesn't take an idiot to figure that out. Ever heard of EQUAL force?! Maybe if the guy had ANY kind of weapon, then I could see what you mean, but it was a VERBAL confrontation (and believe me, if someone were walking around, handing my picture out to the neighbors and putting their personal spin on what crime I commited, I would have the same verbal confrontation), and was only escalated when your buddy Val decided, not once, but twice, to return to her vehicle, point her weapon at NOT ONLY the sex offender, but his equally unarmed girlfriend. The weapons were not registered, and were drawn on unarmed people. Now I will pose this question for both of you: what if EVRY sex offender took on YOUR position? "license or not, I will pull my weapon on any "anti" that comes my way"?! I mean, really, what's the difference?! An American citizen illegally pulls guns on an unarmed citizens, only this time, the one carrying the guns are
the sex offender? What would happen? Anarchy, but you stick to your point of view.

Hello Vaginator,

So, which part of my criminal history did I leave out? Let's see, I OPENLY admitted to my crime, laid out the details, and even threw in my violations and how they occured. I stated EVERYTHING I could think of, but if I missed something, by all means, remind me.

I have no idea what you mean by "cyberstalking". Obviously both you and I have a deep interest in this topic (for different reasons of course) and are bound to run into each other. If I see your foolish, ignorant comments, I have the right to respond and address them, as do you to my comments. Paranoid much?!

Please leave my family members out of this. Am I supposed to be impressed or threatened because you did a simple "people search" on me?! Come on Vag, anyone can do that. Does the name Justin ring a bell? I
have just as much info on you as you do me, possibly more ;)

Foreign national? Mexico? Somebody is feeding you bad information, Vag. I was born and raised right here in Florida, in fact here, I'll GIVE YOU some information: my great grandparents left SPAIN for Cuba in the
late 1800's, my grandparents and parents were born there and LEGALLY escaped Castro's regime in the late 60's. They've been here ever since, and all are LEGAL, Naturalized citizens. But you feel free to contact ICE anytime, they will verify this for you. Does everyone with a Latin last name come from "Me-hee-co" according to you?

Lastly, I haven't lied about ANYTHING and my court records and transcripts can PROVE it. You see Vag, I live in REALITY, and my statements are based on FACT and not opinions (or dillusions, as in your case).

I AM young, and was even YOUNGER when I COMMITED MY CRIME (does that accurately spell out my responsibility to you), thank you for pointing that out. And you are correct in that most people aren't gullible, won't fall for anything and like PROOF. But maybe that's why I have the full support of my family, friends, fiancé, employers, neighbors, people I meet at random and society in general. And yes, they ALL know I'm on the registry, and DONT CARE.

I don't need "luck" Vag, I have God on my side. He has blessed me beyond belief. My
life (despite this MINOR set back called the registry) is blessed, and miracles continously abound. But I will wish you luck, as you and the other nimby's and vigilantes will need it. The general populace is quickly realizing that these laws are not only unjust and unconstitutional, but they ARENT saving ANYBODY! I predicted within months of my arrest that within 20 years these laws would implode from their own weight. It's been 11 years, and that's EXACTLY what's happening. What you fail to realize Vag, is that IF each offender has 5 people that care about them (personally, I could easily come up with 20 just off the top of my head), then that's nearly 3.5 million people that are being affected by this registry. Now that's a voice that can't be silenced, and it's growing by the minute. Again Vag, good luck to YOU.

Ok Val, I'll bite, what the hell are you talking about?!? I haven't been under sanction for years, and I've been in compliance since 2000. In fact, I just re-registered last month. So again, what are you getting at?

Like you said Val, I got nothing to hide.

I haven't had ANY problems with LE since 2006 (keep in mind that's when I was released from supervision that year), which is more than I can say for you.

You know, it's a shame we have to be on opposite sides of this issue. We actually
agree on many topics outside of this realm.
For instance, I oppose illigal immigation, and went as far signing petitions FOR the state of Arizona (I know what you're thinking "how can a wet back oppose immigration). I support the NRA, and am actively involved in , and believe in local government. Right now Val, the most important things to me are my fiancé, and soon-to-be child. Now there's one more thing you and I agree on: protecting our woman and children. But I know, in your eyes I'm still nothing but a wet-back sex offender that should be deported. I feel sorry Val. The world is a beautiful place, but it's hard to see that when you have a myopic view in life. I don't disagree with you on the sex offender topic completely, actually you have posted some things where I couldn't agree with you more, my problem with you is the same problem o have with the law, you see EVERY person the list as being one-in-the-same, and that just isn't true. There are many people out there who have made relatively minor mistakes and then there's those who have commited some of the WORST crimes imaginable. I do not advocate for the latter, but I do respect someone for trying to better themselves. You need to come to terms with the fact that not every offender is a wet-back, child molesting, baby-raper, and HONESTLY just want to get on with there lives. I will pray for you.

Hey, Val, I'm still waiting on a response? Let me guess, you ran out of nonsensesical (sic) ramblings and tirades, so you're now letting it go. Figures. All you do is rant and rave, but the minute someone puts the proof in front of you? SILENCE- now that's priceless!! Look, I really don't want any "beef" with you, I would just greatly appreciate it if you could conceed that not everyone with the scarlet letters (S.O.) is the same. And if your wondering why a R&j case such as mine is STILL listed on the registry, that's simple: judges still get the ultimate decision on whether someone is removed or not. Despite PROVING that I meet ALL criteria for removal, he still denied my petition, and there is no appeals process. It's one shot, win or lose. In hindsite, maybe I should have waited until after the election season when I filed, now I'll just have to wait till I'm 43 to be removed, so forgive me if I'm just a little "miffed" at the situation. I wish you blessings.

SANFORD - Paul Garret Robinson is a convicted murderer. He pleaded no contest five years ago to killing his 11-year-old niece and leaving her body beside a quiet stretch of road in Sanford. The child was stabbed 18 times and her throat was slashed.
Robinson is to be released from prison in November, but the state is now fighting to keep him locked up.
Prosecutors have filed paperwork, asking a judge to declare him a sexually violent predator and keep him locked up indefinitely in a state mental hospital in Arcadia.
Robinson 40, of Sanford, was in state circuit court Wednesday, saying he will fight for his release. Circuit Judge Marlene Alva appointed him a public defender.
According to paperwork filed by the state, Robinson has raped four girls or women, including the niece who was stabbed to death, Curnetha Ammons.
The child was walking to her grandmother's home one summer day in 1988 when she disappeared. Her body was found the next day.
Police couldn't solve the case for 16 years, then in 2004, Robinson and his sister, Wanita Robinson Edwards, 48, both of Sanford, were arrested and charged with murder.
Both pleaded no contest to second-degree murder in 2006 and were sentenced to 10 years in prison. Prosecutors at the time said they weren't sure which one killed the child.
Both were in the family car when the child was attacked. Edwards blamed her brother. He blamed her, saying he was driving when she attacked the girl.
Neither one was charged with sexually-abusing the child, but in paperwork filed last month, prosecutors revealed that the child's clothing was askew. Her blue jeans were buttoned but not zipped, and underneath, her panties were only around her right leg.
Paul Robinson knew about the underpants when police questioned him, according to the paperwork.
He also raped three other victims, the state alleges: a 14-year-old former girlfriend and two women he met walking along Sanford streets. In two of the cases, those involving the women on the street, prosecutors filed no charges.
In the case of the 14-year-old girl, according to court records, he grabbed her by the throat, carried her to an abandoned house and raped her. He pleaded guilty to performing an indecent act on a child and wound up serving three years in prison.
Two psychologists have evaluated Robinson in the past eight months and are split on whether they believe he's a sexually-violent predator, according to state pleadings.
Defense attorney Arthur "Sonny" Kutsche said Wednesday that he'd ask the judge to bar any testimony about the two rape cases in which prosecutors filed no charges.
Robinson's prison release date is Nov. 2. Judge Alva last month signed paperwork that will keep him locked up, even if the trial to determine whether he's a sexually-violent predator, does not begin until later.
Wanita Edwards was released from state prison in April and moved back to Sanford, according to the Florida Department of Corrections.
As of today February 12 2012 it looks like Robinson is still incarcerated at Florida's civil commitment center in Arcadia. Add yourself to the "vinelink" notification and it will alert you to his status every so often. As soon as he steps out of there? A bounty should be placed on his head..just my two cents
