In Florida, Can I make a left u-turn from the left turn lane on to one-way traffic?

In most intersections that allow U-turns, the person making the right turn has the right of way as long as there is a right turn arrow. the person making a U-turn must yiled to the person making the ight turn. Stop giving wrong information. Now that they have torn down the U-turn Yield signs at most intersections, the person making the right turn has the right of weay as long as there is a green right turn arrow. Moron.

Is it illegal to make a U Turn at a red light in the state of Florida? There seems to be mixed answers among law enforement. Us the intersection of Virgina Avenue and US 1 in Fort Pierce, FL as an example.

OK people, I have not taken time to read ALL of these posts but a read some and heard enough. I think everyone NEEDS to retake a driving test!! I have a new concept that you all seem to have forgotten or never learned, maybe you missed this question. If someone already mentioned this i guess it's not a new idea, but like i said i didn't read them ALL, but the few i read were enough. ANY VEHICLE ON A ROAD ENGAGING IN ANY LEGAL MANEUVER HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY OVER ANY VEHICLE NOT ALREADY ON THAT ROAD AND ENGAGING IN ANY MANEUVER WHICH ULTIMATELY ATTEMPTS TO CAUSE THAT VEHICLE TO ENTER THAT ROAD! Another version: A CAR ALREADY ON THE ROAD HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY TO ANY CAR ATTEMPTING TO ENTER THAT ROAD, REGARLESS OF THE TURN EITHER OF THEM IS MAKING!!! Let me say it again, write it down this time: ANY VEHICLE ALREADY ON A ROAD HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY TO ANY VEHICLE NOT ON THAT ROAD TRYING TO ENTER THAT ROAD, REGARDLESS OF VEHICLE INTENTIONS/ACTIONS!!! So an examle is: a car driving down the highway has the right of way to a car making a right turn to drive the same direction, or: a car on the highway making a left turn into the publix parking lot from any road has the right of way to any car attempting to exit the parking lot onto the highway making a left turn, even if they were waiting before the car on the highway...this is not because the parking lot car has a stop sign and the highway turning lane does not, it is because traffic on the highway has the right of way to traffic off the highway, another senario: a car making a u turn on a highway not at a traffic light has the right of way over a car attempting a left turn or right turn into the same highway, and last but not least: a car making a u turn at a traffic signal with a green ball yeilding to oncoming traffic has the right of way to traffic making a right turn with intentions of heading the same direction of u turning vehicle even when the right turn signal has the red arrow/red light with green ball/green arrow respectively (or whatever combination is that a couple of you presented giving the right turn the option of going, which is stupid if you ask me) because the arrow is also a right turn yeild in that situation and if both vehicles have a yeild once again the vehicle already on the road has priority/authority over the vehicle entering the road!!!! And someone mentioned that the right turn might have an arrow for all the person u turing knows.....BADUHR....NOT GONNA HAPPEN YOYO, no right turn will have an arrow without yeild when oncoming traffic is not stopped or when conflicting turns are not stopped, I MEAN REALLY? So problem solved now you all can stop arguing over it, once again: VEHICLES ON THE ROAD ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY TO VEHICLES ENTERING THE ROAD, UNLESS OF COURSE THEY HAVE A RED LIGHT THAT MEANS STOP! There you have it! You all haev a great day and go make a u-turn, I personally LOVE making people in right turns squirm off the road when they try to interupt my u turn, they'll just buy me a car cause I'm not stopping (unless maybe if my kids are in the car and their vehicle is bigger, bigger alone won't scare me, just gives me more money! kids have to be there for me to stop!)
