It would be cheaper to leave the Davie Town Council seats vacant, and place a quarter on the dais.
If a decision needed to be made, the Town attorney could enter the council chambers and flip the coin on the lawn outside of the chambers.
That way, Davie could fulfill the state mandate of the SUNSHINE LAW.
