how do i get results

I am hopeing to get help from anyone who ever had to deal with cps. I have currently been placed in a situation where i have to deal with this agency.I can never get ahold of anyone.I was given a representative but only get a machine.I call everyday leave messages never get return call.However the family at fault however gets regular communication with the rep.I am in best interest of the kids doing what i have been asked to do help the kids.The parents the kids were taken from seem to be catered to.Am i missing something.Due to lack of information the rep has kids may be at jeopardy and to my unpleasent surprise this doesnt seem to raise any concern to cps.I am asking anyone that knows is there a person i can call to complain of cps and their lack of interest to the information regarding the kids.I am very disgusted in the cps.I have heard many horor stories and opinion that cps is known for breaking up families and picking on the vulnerable i now agree with these alligations.I dont understand how they can remove kids from their home place them temp with another family and not follow up with the placements.I may be waisting the readers time but i thought i would give this a try i am at my witts end.

I sure would like to find out who this is, I have been on a mission to get my nephew and niece out of the care of someone in Wellton after my nephew died 3 years ago, but I have been ignored and shut out because I am out of state....I've seen your post on here about the issue.
