Can anyone say ARSON ? The OWNER was charged with yesterday MANSLAUGHTER and sued a few months ago by the biggest law firm in Stamford for killing a 6 year-old boy.

Mark Lionetti will have no assets when his lawsuit is over, and he may go to prison. Of course this was an "inside job" - collect the insurance money, put it in the Caymans - after he gets released from jail, then he and his family move.

Doesn't anyone see this ??? The guy is an absentee-landlord-pool-company -owner. He's responsible for killing a kid and his MANSLAUGHTER arrest happened at the same time as this. Not a coincidence. I wouldn't be surprised to see an arrest for arson, soon, and immediately next on the horizon.

Mark Lionetti was not arrested, David Lionetti was. The pool installation company and pool service company are different. Insurance will pay the family lawsuit, that's why businesses carry liability insurance. If the judgement comes in for more then the insurance a company files bankruptcy to protect themselves.
