Lawyer from "prestigious firm" in Darien

Yes, gangstalked lady and son, that attorney is a total scumbag. From reading through the post, it's quite clear what the snake was trying to do:
1) Push you and your son out of the way (and ruining both of your lives in the process)
2) Steal your parent's property that was willed to you
3) "Flip" the house for a quick buck.
What a rotten --- and a total creep that prick is.
People like him deserve to go to prison, or worse.
But, just like in my situation, even when you know certain people are definately involved in violating you and your rights, as well as screwing you over, it can be hard to do anything about it - especially if you have not been in a good situation to be able to deal with it, and inflict revenge.
I know how that feels because my perps are plain old thugs - whether they are government sponsored or not - they are thugs that are used to doing people wrong. Me, like you, are just ordinary people who have been screwed by cowardly lowlife scumbags who are good at what they do.
I don't care that the attorney is "Yale law school educated." In my opinion, he's no better of a person than a gangbanger doing time in prison - they're both lowlifes to the same degree.

I have left this message on several conversations relating to the gangstalking of this family.
PLEASE let us know the name of the attorney who (mis)handled the late Colwell's will and sold the home out from under the daughter Nan and grandson,Walter, against their wishes. He apparently lied and called them tenants not heirs.
We knew the family. The parents were frail elderly in their early 80's. Their daughter and grandson were there to help take care of them. The daughter left her job and home in PA to care for her parents, and her son often visited to help with the "yard work" and other tasks.
The parents' wishes were not carried out by their attorney, and he violated the rights of the daughter and her son. He "conned" his elderly clients- permitting Mr Colwell to sign a will prior to his initiating dialysis. The attorney allegedly later bragged to the grandson that Mr. Colwell had been "incompetent" at the time he signed his last will, but in essence his wishes were carried out.
Nothing could be further from the truth!
He pretended that Nan and Walter were tenants and threatened them with eviction, even though their combined incomes would more than pay for expenses of running the home. The son had a fiancee who was a dental assistant, the son had a CDL and planned to work for one of the local fuel oil delivery companies, and the daughter Nan had a Masters in Clinical Psychology with job opportunities in the New Haven and Stamford areas.
This entire situation needs to be made public so that other people do not fall victim to the actions of this smooth talking attorney who essentially did whatever he wanted. We agree with the writer above, although s/he is a bit more blunt.
We need the name of the attorney.
The daughter remains in the Norwalk Homeless Shelter. If you are/were a friend of the family, please extend a helping hand to her.

Let us know how to help the situation. Obviously the attorney needs to be sanctioned or prosecuted.And the daughter needs help to get out of that Shelter alive.

Were other vehicles from Wilton following you? I know from reading your story vehicles from CT NJ and NY followed you on the first leg of the trip, and you got shot at by a police officer in Maryland very late at night....

You say the Wilton car took the entire trip out west and back. Do you think it was the attorney who wronged your family -driving for the fun of it?

Or, as you said, was he watching it all in the luxury of his own office, tracking you and his "workers" by GPS in real time. Personally, I think he did the latter but had a family member be the driver of the Wilton car. In fact, I will ask about this on the Wilton forum.

I've been following this case diligently, and know many details not provided in any forum. I knew the late Rit and Jean Colwell, and I know the daughter and her son.

The "allegedly" corrupt attorney is Paul Burnham of the firm Rucciburnham in Darien. Only a tiny portion of what he "allegedly" masterminded has been shared on any forum.

He "allegedly" bribed police in Norwalk and Stamford to do his bidding. He arranged to have the daughter's files removed from her locked locker. He "allegedly" continues to have her harrassed.

The daughter filed a grievance and lost, as the attorney "allegedly" provided false information and she was not given an opportunity to respond.

Attorney Burnham, how could you treat innocent people so callously? Octogenerians? And their grieving daughter and grandson?

And he also altered my grandparents' last will when he knew that my grandfather was in kidney failure and not aware of what he was adding to the will.

You could, with an attorney, make an appointment with the attorney who had your mom and brother stalked.

Tell him you want all records pertaining to your grandfather, the sale of their home, the wills, Roton Point, EVERYTHING.

If he refuses you (your attorney)can have subpoenas issued.

Still, I think this case is too hot for a young lady to handle, or even for your mom to handle. The guy sounds dangerous. I would contact the State's attorney, or even contact Blumenthal and see what he says about the situation.

This case certainly needs to be brought to justice. It has been a festering wound in Darien for several years now. People know, but do not want to come forward out of fear that he will do the same thing to them...

I fail to understand why the good people of Darien have permitted this to occur. Not only the lawyers' actions but the collusion of the small branch of Bank of America near Goodwives, and the approval of the Norwalk and Stamford Police.

Also the people who "bought" my grandparents' home were maintenance guys at the attorneys' offices. One committed a burglary there and they were still permitted to buy the home even when Mom and my brother said "NO".

He lied and said they were "tenants."

My Mom is smart. She sent me and other family members copies of almost everything. She anticipated he would steal what she had and she also anticipated he would try to get her in trouble with the law.

Now I find it is interesting that mom was threatened with death, beaten with a cane, and had poisonous blood full of hepatitis AB AND C rubbed on her arm, and the guy said to her "How do you like that?"

The guy also raised his cane above Mom's head and said he was going to crack her skull- luckily she dodged him or I would not have a mom today.

And guess who got arrested! My mom and her friend David! Over a bracelet belonging to mom that the perp handed to her- then lied to Police.

If in fact the gentleman's blood is hiv positive in addition to Hepatitis C positive,(it is unlikely that he also has A&B despite what he told you), you have a very serious charge against him.

I would suspect he knows this, which is why he is dropping the charges so eagerly.

Be certain that the prosecutors office knows about this aspect of the incident, and that they have the pictures of your battered thigh.
