So what if you and your son said NO. He RULED.
Even after he got what he wanted---he wanted it back (the balance of the money for the home). That is why he had you and your son tormented and followed across the country, and attempted to have you killed in a variety of ways.(YES-KILLED)

Remember when you wrote that he was angry when your son returned from PA? One thing he was angry about was that your son updated his PICTURE ID. He probably wanted your son to be a John Doe somewhere. And you a Jane Doe or just left ia state of horror.

Another reason he was angry was because his plan had been to have you picked up by the police (since you missed 2 months of probation to care for your parents.) Your son would have been out of the picture, as you would have been, as well. Then he could have done whatever he wanted.

Finally, recall that he told you guys that you could have money for a vehicle after the Russians made a second payment, then reniged and made you walk, take trains or cabs everywhere?(Yes, and Mr. cabbie is living with you now!)
Attorney-----also told your son to leave and gave him a sum of money and told him not to come back....(he was the one who was insulting and rude to you). Mr. Werner said not to worry, the Russians did not have the money to purchase the house so the deal would be off.

He did not care how he depleted your parents' account. He also had a THIRD realtor in the firm working on the sale.WHY DID YOUR HOME NEED 3 REALTORS??? FOLLOW THE MONEY! HE ARRANGED TO HAVE YOUR NISSAN IMPOUNDED IN PA. HE EVEN ARRANGED TO HAVE YOUR CAT IMPOUNDED IN NC.

Yeah, CTLady, that attorney is a total scumbag. From reading through the post, it's quite clear what the snake was trying to do:

1) Push you and your son out of the way (and ruining both of your lives in the process)

2) Steal your parent's property that was willed to you

3) "Flip" the house for a quick buck.

What a rotten --- and a total creep that prick is.

People like him deserve to go to prison, or worse.

But, just like in my situation, even when you know certain people are definately involved in violating you and your rights, as well as screwing you over, it can be hard to do anything about it - especially if you have not been in a good situation to be able to deal with it, and inflict revenge.

I know how that feels because my perps are plain old thugs - whether they are government sponsored or not - they are thugs that are used to doing people wrong. Me, like you, are just ordinary people who have been screwed by cowardly lowlife scumbags who are good at what they do.

I don't care that the attorney is "Yale law school educated." In my opinion, he's no better of a person than a gangbanger doing time in prison - they're both lowlifes to the same degree.

I am glad that you are moving out of state. At the same time, do not give up on bringing this corrupt lawyer to justice. You are not alone. He has done the same to others- some too old and frail to speak up.

I hope some others who have suffered this man's arrogance and false pretenses of honesty and caring will check on their elderly relatives wills and make sure no "odd" or illegal changes have been made.

Also, if you do not "click" with your late parents' probate attorney you are NOT stuck with him or her.

As I asked before, please release his name. He sounds dangerous and should not be in a position to harm others. I almost puked when I read that part on another blog about him being on an "Ethics Board" in Wilton CT. Heinous criminal!

The Conductor.(THIS IS A ROLE BELOW THE INITIATOR)(MY WORDS)

There is always someone conducting things. If I am in a mood to pay them any attention, I try to find the conductor. It’s fun to mess with their game, but it’s better to ignore them, but if you do record them, and can get away with it, take the picture of the one conducting things on that particular ride.

Eg. I had a conductor recently trying to get people to instigate little things, I won’t say what. Once I spotted him, and honed in on him, and it was more interesting. I will leave it at that. They use what we write online for feedback, what we discuss on the phone. Most of the clues that the clueless get are from us, so let’s not give them any.

To the best of your ability, find the things in this world that are worthy and that are valuable, and it’s not them. They are not worth it. You are of more value than this, have more worth, and don’t have the time to waste on this.

Legal.

Do try to explore every legal angel that we can. proof is good. If we can get them caught, or find laws to exploit, or use things like the ACLU’s recent announcement that these types of investigations are ongoing. Remember just like when the police and their controlled snitches get caught with their pants down; these people are the same things. Until they are put back in their proper places they will just keep running wild.

Power

It’s the only thing they have in their lives. This program does not use the best or the brightest, in many cases the ones that are doing the stupidest things, are the dregs of society, the ones people would normally spit at, ignore, or bully themselves.

They feel empowered with the so called fake power they have been given, and they love it, it makes them feel like somebody, it’s no different than the kid that joins a street gang and who will do anything to fit in, but I have respect for kids who would join gangs, in comparison to these people. I do not advocate joining gangs, I am just saying at least mixed up kids in gangs can be helped, most of these people can not.

Belonging is the other reason they join, they don’t fit in otherwise, and this gives them a sense of community. They don’t care if that sense of community involves, breaking into someones home, poisoning someones child diabetic medicine, driving someone off the road, driving someone to suicide, they have no moral center left in many cases, and this is what they have. They believe that they are on the side of good, and they much like the Nazi’s, or the Stasi, act accordingly.

Again this is a generalization, there will be exceptions to every rule, they obviously don’t all act like this, but enough do, that’s you have to have some way to defend yourself.

They like to portray the target as the problem, when the truth is many of these people have problems themselves, and the government gives them free reign to try to take out their problems on others. Normal functioning people do not show the level of pathology that many of these people exhibit.

There only goal is to try to engage the target, continually trying to find some new hook so that they don’t lose their participant in the game. These people would probably be on twitter begging for followers if they did not have you to follow around. They have menial lives and this in many cases fills avoid.

Many are from countries where this is a normal way of life, and they think nothing of it.

Contact Legal Aid who probably will refer you elsewhere as the firm is involved in training them.

Contact Attorney General Blumenthal and ask him what to do and who to contact.

Yes, it was. Possibly with some help from attorney Reilly and Attorney Ginsberg.

Ginsberg failed to send the money mom needed to get out of jail after she was found innocent. So she had to sit in there and wait.

He would not answer her calls or letters.
He fudged around with Mom's attorney there, lied to her.

Reilly told my brother to leave the area by December 2005 and never come back. Paid him off not to come back. Why? So they could get mom arrested and have all of the assets under the control of Burnham.

We need to get this case publicized ASAP...this is one of the sickest situations we have come across in Fairfield County in long time- but it is hidden under "dog park" and other issues of concern.

We are talking about a situation here where a local, "respected" attorney basically destroyed/attempted to destroy- a 55 year old woman who had just lost both of her parents abruptly.

The attorney also sought to discredit the son who came from PA to assist his Mom. Also tried to have him arrested at one point.

The attorney knew that the mother and son did NOT want to sell, but he blew them off and picked out early in advance of the grandfather's death- the individuals he wanted to buy the home.

The attorney lied to the "buyers" attorney, stating that the mother and her son were recalcitrant tenants, not heirs. When the mother and son contacted the buyers attorney and told him the truth, HE PULLED OUT OF THE CASE.

The attorney threatened the mother and son late at night, with slurred words. He deprived them of a vehicle. He had them both stalked.

After they gave up and left the area, he had them gangstalked across the country. He had his stalkers hide gps and audio monitors in their car- then later arranged to have the Police impound the car illegally in PA...

The gangstalkers always act upon the initiator's wishes. In this situation, both mother and son were seriously poisoned. Both were attempted run off the road repeatedly- mobbed and boxed in on major highways. The initiator hoped for their deaths.

When the mother finally sent in a grievance, the attorney lied. She was not given any chance to confront him in person and to confront the lies....

ARE WE, OF THIS COUNTY OF PEOPLE WHO ARE GIFTED TO HAVE RELATIVE WEALTH, HOMES, AND SECURE FAMILIES-

If you care about this situation- please contact Attorney Paul Burnham of rucciburnham and express your dismay. He will try to avoid your call, or will state the woman is mentally ill. She is, very clearly, not.

Contact the NPD and express your concern. The home which was left to the woman and her son- was broken into by the so-called "buyers". That negated their chance of purchasing the home.
The attorney railroaded it through, anyway.

Please help the mother gain legal support as she attempts to deal with the corrupt actions of Attorney Burnham.We fear for her life. She is NOT safe.

She needs an attorney at this point. She has the information she needs and the witnesses to go forward. Her male friend tells her to let it go because he is afraid the attorney will have her physically hurt and she has been through enough h-ll already. She found lies in her late father's probate file over at City Hall......

She and her son are dealing with a very crafty and, IMHO dangerous individual who will stop at nothing to portray himself as normal and the mother and son as untruthful and worse.

His choice of outsourcing his revenge thru the Bank of America to get the car filled with gps and audio detectors was only a fragment of his amoral behavior.

The mom and her son are forced in a court of law to follow the rules, while the "alleged" attorney follows his own rules and has his own private connections to obtain what he desires.

It is hardly fair that the attorney is not held to the same ethical standards as the family.
