all us white folk get less time than the same black criminal? thats total BS! First of all I do have a very good job and its not Burger King sorry:) I probably make more money than you. I check my facts before I mention things about races ok. Not only did a white man comment on the judical system about how the system is treating blacks an whites differently it was on Oprah also. And as far as getting a public defender it doesnt matter when the jury is all white no matter how much money you have. Go to a trial for a murder commited by a black man and see how many black people are sitting in the jury! The law makes examples out of us black people, if a white man commit a horrible act the system will make up excuses for that white man stating that he had mental issues or something else but a black man he is guilty in the white mans eyes because he is black,public defender or not. Get on the internet and pull up crimes and punishment on Oprah about races being treating differently.And then get back to me when you get your fact right ok! You further prove my point. AS I SAID, ITS A MATTER OF GETTING A GOOD LAWYER TO MOUNT A GOOD DEFENSE. additionally, the sentence given can be impacted greatly depending on wether or not you have a previous conviction as well.

As for having a black boss, what does that have to do with anyting? why would you be LMAO about that. I take no shame in it. hes a very respectable, smart guy, and I look up to him. I dont know why you would think that was funny. I dont have any hard feelings, hes earned his position.

Hey Guys come on - lets not make this a racial issue......babies are born innocent, its life experiences and paths in life that make some that we don't care for, no matter what race.

Majority of us agree that whatever color this person is - she is a dirtball scumbag who never should of had kids.

As for a 2 month old falling out of arms - highly doubt it. If the baby was on a crying frenzy, thats when you set them down carefully and walk out of the room until you collect yourself. Some have colic and you learn to deal with it accordingly.

Babies are to be cherished not beaten or hurt. No matter what race the child is. We as mothers or as parents are suppose to protect. Not hurt them.

Whats wrong with some people out there ??? I don't get it. But i enjoy the thoughts of how the mothers, aunts, sisters in prison will greet this POS.....yeh, i'm sure sweet justice will happen then.
