It is no wonder our state of PA is flat broke.
Here we have a Bloomsburg University worker charged with stealing $10K from the University. He was paid $56K a year for what was probably part time work driving a shuttle bus, and also likely received very generous free educational benefits from the University for his children. Now we find out even though this was a grand theft type of crime against the University that he is still eligible for his extremely generous 38K pension after only 27 years. These overpaid, over pensioned employees have the audacity to call themselves public servants? Give me a break! |

$3,200 a month pension!! He could have easily purchased his own carpet. I live on $940 disability and can't afford most things, but never in a million years would I steal it!!! With my luck anyway, I would be caught sneaking out on my first attempt and go to jail for 10 years and lose everything. But, that's raw justice for ya!
