did anyone else notice how hostile and angry john ricks was when he posted his answers to the questions about running for mayor in the cochran journal? this is not what we need now we need harmony and people working together to make our town a great place to live. it seems to me all he did was to spread the "rumors" he complained about. if the police dept was so bad i think after months and months of investigation by the gbi or fbi our chief and others would be gone also our town is in good financial shape ... seems to me gene towns is doing pretty good.. vote positive

i agree that we do need a positive influence in our mayors office. i am not sure that gene is the answer but, i do not like the answers that mr ricks gave and i dont want anyone in office that goes into it with the attitude that "heads will roll" every person needs to support john thrower, harold lancaster and all our officials. if you have ideas that would help go to them and talk with them. our town is safer than most and that tells me these men are doing their jobs. a few sour apples does not make the whole bunch bad...

It would be nice to have a good mayor or any good politician in office anywhere. The truth is, either Republican or Democrat, if you have voted for one politician, you have voted for them all.

Daily Horoscope for November 25

Capricorn

You'll find it is easy to understand others without the need for words today; some may even find they experience telepathy. It could be difficult to express yourself verbally, but body language and subtle nuances should be exceptionally clear to you. Listen to what your heart is saying today and don't pay much attention to the voices in your head.
