you will have to wait till school starts and see how many teachers are left and if Jefferson County has enough money to meet payroll. Our talented County Commission, mega mind finance director and well informed school board will provide all the necessary answers, stand by for next chapter.

Boy are some people uninformed. If you are with the "in" group, ie: got the right name and bank account, you most definitely do get to choose who teaches your child/children. Been there, done that, worked for the school, it is a fact! They'll never admit it, but I did it for years!

You are kidding right? Please tell the truth because if this is so there will be news media and state investigation. Better yet a letter to Obama will find out.

I was speaking from a legal and moral standpoint. We can't go around telling people that if you have a large bank account, choices can be made.It might happen for a few,but its not right. There's a lot of folks in Dandridge that 'have money' and if every spoiled brat got the teacher their Parents wanted,it would make for some crowded classrooms for a few teachers.Uniformed my ass,I know how the good ole boy system works and MountainDewDrinker went to school with some of the lawyer sons of Dandridge,so..yeah,I know. And I've seen it on the Football fields too.Frankly,it makes me shake my head.Maybe they have one class period for all those kids in each class.Don't get me wrong, there's one or two teachers at Maury thatd I'd like to tell them that they suck, they're stealing a paycheck and they can kiss my ass.My little Sliders took the good with the bad and are stronger young people for it.

I'm not sure about Maury but as for JCHS my fav teacher was mr. niceley.. he is such a great person. I know everyone has those teachers that inspire them.. well he inspired me to go to college for art and I still think back to the good ole days in his class.

That is why taxes need to be doubled if necessary to pay for this and the future of the county.

That's the way it is, ask around and when you decide who you want just tell them.

You may wanna say our talented larger half of the County Commission and all but two of the School Board! Damned if I think our taxes should be doubled!! We need to clean house at the higher up level at the Dept. of Education and how about go from there. Christ almighty damn, these bastards have wrecked this county in two years.

This county is not a farming community anymore.
You old poots pay your taxes and donate more to the schools we will enjoy it thank you much.
Tax increases are needed now and have been needed for 20 years that is why Jefferson county is 20 years behind on school buildings, roads, water and sewer etc. You will never see industry coming here because farmers run the machine and never think outside their field.

YES he did, but you don't tell why now do you.
And I think the majority voted right along with him, now dint they ? You left that part out. But it's OK, cuz I dint. You're welcome.
Your not back on here making up stuff again, are you. This does not really qualify you as an educator. Frank would probably argue with you about that farming community comment about three comments back. And he and I both think your old poots and tax increase policy is that of a liberal retard.
So is your statement about JC not being a farming and yet we will never see industry leaves a lot of space(like the dead air space between your ears) to wonder about.
You are just a wet behind the ears, wanna be liberal, left winger. Who wants a job in the obama administration. Good luck with that.

Beef cows will be a thing of the past in the future, our government will stop the sell of bad foods like beef, sugar, fats and others, it must be done to survive with the cost of health care rising. People are ignorant about foods and lazy about exercise. Michelle Obama has already started a program to help with these decisions. The youth are the future, you complainers should have paid attention in class when you were in school and you would not have to be living your present lifestyle.

The young will probably do just that. Because that is what the government will be handing out for welfare. There will be NO jobs for them to earn enough for a "real meal". Perhaps we could get a real candidate who would get an IQ test and anti alien test approved before they can vote.
Reckon I will be able to afford beef more often then. Cool. My present lifestyle is OK but my future lifestyle as a retiree is my main concern. But obama just changed my SS benefits from 62 and 65 to 67 and 70, so I guess the young will never retire. Go obama, Go away ! And you sound like a pompous ass, so you go away with michelle and eat that crap you are spewing !

Daily Horoscope for June 20

Scorpio

You may love you-know-who to bits, but right now their ditzy attitude is driving you nuts. Is it because someone's being vague and flaky, or saying one thing and doing another? Be patient, because losing your temper will only make things worse than ever. Be careful if you're involved in a property deal and it's reached a crucial stage, because you may not be thinking as clearly as you imagine.
