The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is investigating a report of a black bear knocking a woman down Sunday night outside her home on the western outskirts of Siren in Burnett County.

Apparently the bear was pissed off because the woman , adorned in helga horns and her Vikings rule t-shirt on, was screaming "Bears suck, Favre rules!" The bear, with his 6 Cutler jersey on, took offense and attacked the woman, sources close to the situation say. Bus Cook, however, denied the whole thing happened.

Moron neighbors are feeding the bears. I wonder how they would feel if they were told that feeding the bears made them dangerous to people and that they would have to be destroyed?? They would have to be told, because they are too stupid to figure it out by themselves.

It is the fault of the Republicans that bears have to turn to a life of crime to feed themselves. If not for cuts to food stamps they would be able to survive without thievery. We need more programs to keep the bears out of trouble, maybe midnight basketball.

I don't even get midnight b-ball. My kittens and dog don't get midnight b-ball. Why should those lazy, good-for-nothing wild animals get freebies that are bankrupting our nation??

why not tranqulize it, and ship it to the bear sanctuary in northern MN. Orr, Mn. no reason to kill it, you go there and see how they are and react to humans and you will have a different look at this situation.
