Mapleton, IA Woman Accused of Animal Abuse and Abandonment

A local woman is accused of breeding dogs, abusing them and then dumping them on the side of the road to fend for themselves. 45 year old Denise Withee of Mapleton, Iowa will soon be charged with animal abuse and abandonment.

This woman is a danger to society. She obviously has no concience what so ever. If she isn't stopped,a small child could be her next victim!! She absolutely needs to be fined so heavily that she has to sell her house to pay it(if she owns one)and barred for the rest of her life from owning any pets. SICK BI**H!!

For the greedy slugs like this who are just plan ignorant or running puppy mills, I say do not euthanize the animals, euthanize the greedy slugs. That will cut down on the over popluation of aniamls!
