Robert L. Simmons, 55, of Boonville has been found guilty in Howard County Circuit Court of one charge of felony unlawful merchandising practice in connection with a sale of cattle in October 2003.

Don Collins should be right in the cell next to robert simmons. He knew what he was buying all along. Due to the falling out with Troy he was trying in every way to make Troy and his daughter Wendy's life misserable. Even by claiming that he had no Idea what he was buying. Who in there right mind buys stock cows on a sight unseen basis. Due to Don collins mental state he should be put into a state mental institution not only for his protection but the protection of any young children around him. In other words petafile

I for one don't know Don Collins personally. What I do know is that you Mr. Hauf are a two time convicted felon. So anybody out there that read what Mr.Hauf wrote just remember the source and think how much you trust what he says. If I was Mr.Collins I would think real hard about a defamation or slander suit against you Mr.Hauf. If you havent received one yet consider yourself lucky!!
