I'm sorry but the parade wasn't much this year. Less and less every year. It used to be so much fun. We need to do more for our Veteran's!!!!! How about doing this celebration on the 4th of JULY.. Ask for idea's from the community if you are unsure what to have and listen to them if at all possible. I've heard a lot of complaining about this years festivle. Come on Martin you can do it again!!! Dunkin' booths, old photo's of Martin's veteran's, more rides, recruite more school bands, have school dance competitions, sack races, marbles, pie eating contest, tobacco spittin' contest, face painting, inflatables, stilt walks, bail someone out of jail, burn outs, girlie shows, old time games for kids, you can do an american idle contest, there is so much you can do that costs very little. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
