Beware of this company. They are running an automatic renewal scam on their contract and suing any customer who chooses to fight back!

What do you get? A whole lot of suits filed by Homesafe Security against their customers. OVER 500 total!!! That's just in Maryland.

There are so many alarm companys to choose from. Do yourself a favor and pick one that is going to at least be honest and fair to their customers.

The same thing happened to me. Homesafe subcontracted on the Ryan home I bought. Recently sold my home and told them I was moving and was told I owned them 7 months of fees as my "contract" had renewed. I refused, now I am getting letters from collection agencies. I wish Ryan Homes would read this and help protect their customers by dumping this company.
