We've had our fill with the bullying and have made management changes in our Timberlawn South HOA.

Just be aware that MTM's contracts can be very one'sided. Make sure you use an attorney to review it. Potter will attempt to give out legal advice at times which is beyond the scope of his experience and credentials. Do not go down this route with this guy. He'll cost you thousands $$$$$

Our HOA went with Summit Management Co. In Silver Spring, MD. They seemed very, very professional and they have a CPA ON STAFF! I heard she is a great CPA who has detected fraud in other HOA records and we want ours kept straight.
