The indigenous peoples of the Americas are of the Asian race, so North and South America will always be rightfully considered Asian peoples' land.

Daly City has a very large Filipino population. Jollibee (Asia's largest fast-food conglomerate originated from the Philippines) and other Filipino businesses are located there.

California and Hawaii will be the most "Asianized" states in America due to being located at the Pacific Ocean closer to Asia than the Eastern States.

The indigenous peoples of North America are definitely related to the Asians in Eastern Siberia where they originally migrated towards Alaska and then the rest of North America. The Inuit are very closely related to those in Eastern Siberia genetically, culturally and linguistically.

With South America, anthropologists and ethnologists have some doubts that the indigenous peoples there are related to North-East Asians. Some say that they are more related to the Pacific peoples.

The issue is that we can't seem to last in their countries. Hong Kong, Macao, the Philippines, Laos, Burma (Myanmar), Thailand, India, etc. etc. Any place where we once had a concentration of western ideology and commerce, it was eventually reabsorbed back into the Asian fold. Do you see them giving up on any of their Chinatowns or other overseas Asian communities? Their thinking tends to be less creative, but they certainly are better at adapting.(yes, stereotypes abound, my apologies) One reason that seems pretty clear.... if you look at a lot of Asian families, they still see and take care of their parents and grandparents, in turn those parents and grandparents also have a role in their grandkid's lives. Our way (and I say that loosely, I know we are all part of hundreds of different backgrounds... as are they)... is visit the parents twice a year at Thanksgiving and/or Christmas, or heck, I'm pretty busy this year, maybe just a Skype call.
