Hernandez and the girls mother have know each other for 2yrs they were going to be married when he came back from his tour. He was also going to adopt the child as well. This reporter doesnt have all the story correct not even the age of the mother or how long they have been together. Sad to say what happened to the young girl is true. The mother of the girl was right to report what had happend.The girl was very brave to stand up and tell what happened. I feel so sorry for the 13 year old girl.

Many of these women come on this particular website to meet a military men, but in reality dont really know what to expect and put innocent children in harms way. I feel for the child but she should had more trust in her mother and advised of the situation right away and not be corsed by this guy to keep the commucation open, so this just teaches you to always reassure your child that no matter what they can always feel they can come to you and feel safe, and this guy should have known better to have crossed that line and should be grateful for the punishment he recieved cuz he just dedtroyed his future

I guess you know the story. they met as pen pals? if he was in Iraq how well could she have known him. people lie when they are on the intenet. she left her daughter with a man she knew by words not in person. he should have gotten more time. He is one sick puppy.

the mother was the idiot to leave her daughter w/ someone that she just knew by words what kind of a mother would have done that. ask yourself if u r a mother would u have done that to ur daughter? went to school w/ him and always had respect 4 me. maybe the daughter provoked and then cried wolf.

The girl was 13 Even if she wore sexy clothes(the mother bought them or let her were them) or even as a teen girl she flirted (maybe for attention she was lacking from no father) IT DOESNT GIVE HIM THE OKAY TO TOUCH HER!!!!!.He is the adult. The Ralston case Well that another topic.

From what I've heard and read... on here,I heard that there was alot of different cases against him at different times, finally someone did something about it.

How can this so called mother leave her child with someone she hardly knows? Where was she and why wasn't her kid in school?

yeah maybe he shouldn't have done it but the idiot of a mother leaving her daughter w/ a guy she hadn't seen wasn't smart of her. as a mother u care about ur daughter ur not going to leave her w/ a guy for whatever reason.

Your so right, young ladies-women these days meet guys over the internet and think they know them just because they communacate and i.m each other. PLEASE, if your a mother WHY???? would you trust someone you dont know with your child especially when she is a young teenage girl. These so called realationships over the internet are not real. People tell you what ever you want to hear and stupid, desperate women fall for it.
