Convicted Woman Guilty Only Of Affair, Says Husband

Why wasn't the man charged for the murder? Was it justifiable homocide?

I thought the jury should be the ones to decide. SHE didn't pull the trigger.

I think he should have been charged too! Why did he have a gun with him? Was he licensed to carry?

I have very mixed feelings about this. The woman might have been so afraid of her husband that she told him that the man was trying to rape her. Who knows why she said that, or maybe she thought that her lover would drive off and that would be the end of it.But regardless of what she did or why her husband still killed a man and it was not in self defense.More like a crime of passion. How many women are in jail right now for killing their husbands lover?I think she should have gotten probation.

He's feelin guilty because of his absive controlling ways which drove her to another man and she's paying the price. All 3 in this scenario are totally effed up humans. No brains, decency or morals.

First of all all three ae to blame, but I feel theu guy should have been tried as well as the woman. I think she got exactly what she deserves, and reading this story makes me wonder if there is not more to the story, maybe not so incidental?

Then he should go to jail then, someone has to be punished, she cried rape to cover up the affair, he pulled the trigger. I think she needed to go to jail , I mean if my wife cried rape I would should the guy too, but if it was just to cover up an affair then she need to go to jail. She was gutless in not telling her husband about the affair (as this was not the first time) so she can suck it up and do the time. But if the husband is upset at the verdict then put him in there. He seems to forget a man died because of his and her actions. Now the dead man should have known better than be fooling with a married woman, but what he did was not against the law, he was just foolish.

i bet after she gets out of jail she and her husband will be back together. i hate to see this cause you gotta feel bad for the kids. the kids are being punished also.

I'm sick and tired of the family as well as Tracy Roberson attorney's talking about how her children feel. Not once have anyone taken into consideration how LaSalle children feel. At least Tracy children can go to the jail house and see her and talk with her, but LaSalle children will never see him nor talk to him again. I personally feel that she got what she deserved. If I had a say so she would have gotten more time. I don't know either of these families personally, but I cannot take anymore news about how her children feel. These children just need to move. TRACY ROBERSON knew what she was doing and should be held accountable for what happen. When she invited LaSalle to her home that she shares with her children she was letting the world know then that she did not give a damn.Please found something else to talk about. I hear you, but all 3 of them were foolish, Lasalle also was an adult and knew what he was doing. So he was not totally innocent either. He was just the unlucky one who lost his life in the whole affair. I think the kids on both sides lucked out. These kids will both feel crappy, one set will say my daddy killed a guy having and affair with mommy, the other will say My daddy died having an affair with someone that was not my mommy. So Both sets will live with their parents actions.

The things that is tragic in all of this is that a man lost his life. The husband is walking around free after taking that life. The wife is going to prison. Why didn't the husband go to jail/prison as well? They are both guilty of taking this man's life.

What jackass goes to a womans house in the middle of the night when her husband is home. I assume the kids were in the house and were awoken to a house full of police. She brought this on herself but her husbands cocky ass needs to rot in jail. He has no remorse for what he did he knew she was cheating on him. If not why all the questions about it to her. All the limits he set. He knew and needs to be in jail I am sure he will be charged soon enough. For Murder like he should have been.

They dropped the charges against him, he claimed she yelled rape and he shot they guy. i don't think he knew about the affair until after from what I have read. He is not charged because he thought he was defending his wife. I would have shot the gut too if my wife cried rape. but i would have found out for sure what was happening.
