1 1. He violated state law by taking honorariums. 2. He violated state law by using school district credit card for non-qualified expenses. 3. Because he is a minority some think any action taken against him would be unfair. 4. If the school district fails to take action they, themselves, may be in violation of state law. Question: What would these minority groups have the school board do? Another question: What would these same groups do if he was not a minority? |

Thank you "Another John." Your commentary is right on the money. If you read the law, there is no gray area. It very clearly states what is illegal. Do "civil right" advocates think we should have a criminal leading our children?
About the rally leaders,is this the same Rev. Tatum whose wife was on city council in San Marcos when HM was there? With a friend from DISD and another from San Marcos leading the rally, it is hard to image that HM didn't help coordinate today's circus. |
