This picture makes me sad to see, because i remember being a kid and there being stores open and people on the street. I think one thing that would help downtown Brownsville is to get a grocery store down there. I don't mean a little mom and pop store. I mean something like giant eagle or save a lot. Try it, it couldn't hurt.
