Have you all been keeping up with this story? There have been two people arrested for this senseless shooting. There has to be more to this story than is being told. I think these people must have had trouble with each other before this shooting.

According to what I am hearing you can legally shoot someone on your property after dark for tresspassing. The only thing with this case, is the people that were shot was not on the shooters property. These people need to be locked away so they can not hurt anyone else. Another question about this is why these people were stop in front of the shooters house at 9:00 P.M. at night. I hear they were arraigned Saturday and bond set at $25,000. This little boy has since died, so other charges may be filed.
