Education - Grayson Teacher Arrested For Sexual Assault

As a employee of Gwinnett County, I often have to go to Grayson High. The way these kids dress and act now days o.m.g!! I would not crucify this teacher just yet. It's the whole system OK? Gwinnett needs to get a grip on it and parents need to discipline your kids more often!! Just from what I have seen at this school - I would not be surprised if the girl locked the teacher in the trailer.

I also work for GCPS and have seen what the Middle School and High School girls wear and how they act. It is quite embarrassing and inappropriate. It all comes from the lack of attention the parents give to what the girls are wearing when they leave home in the mornings as well as what parents purchase or allow their girls to purchase.I have even witnessed some of the parents dressing inappropriately. Some girls even bring "skanky" clothes to school to change into (been there and seen it numerous times). My daughter who graduated from a GCPS school in 2007 never purchased "skanky" clothing because she didn't want to have that kind of reputation and also because I wouldn't pay for sleazy attire. I agree with Kenny, not to crucify the teacher. It's always one person's word against the other. GCPS needs to get a hold on the dress code by enforcing it and parents need to curtail the behavior of their children as well as be more in control of their clothing choices.

Ive said this before, if he is convicted he needs to get what he deserves. But in the meantime I dont think names need to be published until the conviction is over. What if this girl lied about it? If she is a juvenile and did lie, her name and picture wont be in the paper, will it? Nope

I was checking around to see if anything new had been published regarding this incident; I see it hasn't. IF this man is innocent I hope the media makes as big a deal out of that as they did the accusation. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? and IF he's guilty then he deserves to be punished; isn't that the way the law works?

i think that you people who want to accuse lancaster are influenced because today, men are made to look stupid and that is why it is so easy for people to accuse them of tings because they have "something" I am male and i find things like this offensive. i agree with the first post-parents need to whip their kids when theyre young so they dont act up and dress like that and try to look like sluts from california. they need to be proud of being from old Dixie, not from some left wing liberal state like califorina FREE LANCASTER!!!

Be afraid of some of these comments especially from teachers. How dare you blame these students because of the way they dress. Dress code only applies to certain students. I see the mini skirts and breast hanging out with many of the teachers. If the man is innocent that is one thing, but to make rash garbage statements like this are way out there. These are teachers teaching our students. I would be all uniforms and fix the problem of dress code. If you teach then leave the children alone.

He confessed and entered a guilty plea today. I knew he did it. I hope he finds a nice boyfreind to cuddle up to at night!

Mark Lancaster did not do it. I know the female personally and i know the teacher personally and Mark is a stand up guy who worked hard to support his family and make a good life for them. She is NOT known for an excellent reputation NOR a surplus of moral values. And what you will not hear in public is that the female student and her family have skipped EVERY single court hearing concerning this matter. Now, for a girl who is SOOO upset about allegedly being "molested", she sure has more important matters since she can't make it to court. If I were sexually harassed by a male (teacher or not) I would want to crucify the bastard. So tell me, does it not seem odd that she has skipped FOUR court dates that her and her parents had the privilege of scheduling. Doesn't spell concern to me!
