Looks like Chip got what was coming to him when a federal judge ruled him incompetent.
I don't quite understand why Matt Houser was charged for beating up a guy he found in his bed with his girlfriend, yet Bill Shaw gets away with actually beating up a girl. Atleast Houser went after the man. Shaw is a waste of life.

So an assault is not an assault if a guy beats a guy?

And it really makes it okay if the guy is with the other guys "ex" girlfriend?

Then the Hummel murder trial should never hasve happened either?

After all, Ed was justified because his woman was cheating.

The law looks at an assault on a man the same as it looks at assault on a woman, regardless of the gender of the assaulter and the assaultee. Under no circumstances is an assault okay. The point is, Houser assaulted a man, and was appropriately charges. Bill Shaw assaulted a woman, yet his connections to the DA's office prevented him from being charged with the crime. Justice wasn't served. If Houser was charged, Shaw should be too.

As far as the Ed Hummel situation, the law says manslaughter charges can apply if a circumstance existed that led to the crime. Ed Hummel should have stood trial. The issue is, under the Constitution, he has a right like we all do to effective counsel. A federal court deemed his counsel, F. Cortez Chip Bell, to be ineffective. I'm not making this stuff buddy. It's all in the court documents.

Bill Shaw beat up Stacy Parks. The police were called. Matt Houser beat up the man his ex girlfriend was with. Police were called. Equal crime, equal punishment, right? Not in Clearfield County. Yet.

Clearfield County District Attorney Bill Shaw was accused of hitting his girlfriend and throwing a computer at her, after he found emails she had sent to a former boyfriend. Police were called. Coworkers of the victim report bruises and scratches on her body.

Then this should have been investigated and dealt with and Stacy Parks-Miller should have pressed the issue.

Don't feed this board a load of crap about cover ups, threats, etc.

I have been involved in cases involving couples and if the State refused to pick up the charge, then Parks-Miller should have.

If Stacy didn't pursue or at the very least do it in civil court, then maybe she was a tad more involved than you want to believe.

In other words, she may have got physicalwith Bill Shaw in which case, both should have been locked up .

If your little group has any cajones, you will file a suit right now in court going after everyone you attack on this forum................I didn't think so.

Funny, Kathleen Ferry was telling Bill Shaw the same thing. Its is done, over, finished, get over it jerk. Yet, he didn't listen and now look at the trouble he's in.

I think this question would be better directed to the Pennsylvania Taxpayers, after all they are the ones throwing millions away on pet projects like the Ethanol plant in Clearfield, and Penn State tickets for Bud George.

Leanne Nedza couldn't get a conviction on the charges against Houser that carried any weight, like aggrevated assault. This was a SLAM DUNK case that a monkey could have tried. Knarsboro made her look stupid.
