When you have morons for elected officials, who are constantly looking for pet projects throw money @ what do we expect? Example Randy Leonard & the Made in Oregon sign. They can't even afford to turn the lights on. Doesn't make sense to me, if you don't have a "rainy day fund or savings account" it's easy, you don't spend it!

Maybe it's not the morons we have for elected officials. How about the morons who are constantly voting them into office? We have noone to blame but ourselves.
