Case Dismissed against Shree Kripalu Ji Maharaj

Lot many people who got carried with false allegations against the biggest divine personality on earth Jagadguru Shree Kripalu Ji Maharaj and used all sorts of abusive language and thoughts against such a divine person have no refuge now. People declared him guilty before court. They even said he won’t return to Trinidad citing health reason. Proving all such misguided and polluted minds he returned to T&T respecting the courts and justice system despite his age and health. He has been declared innocent beyond doubt. Prosecution withdrew case against him saying there is no evidence at all. Isn’t it surprising that Prosecution itself admitted that there is no evidence in these allegations? I have been advising all such misguided people not to use such abusive language or apply dirty thoughts to such a divine personality because in all religions God himself has said on many occasions that any sin or insult done to me can be pardoned by me but such an act done to my own men (who love him truly) has no pardon and the punishment to these people is imminent and harsh. These acts are termed as "Naam Apradh" (sins of thoughts) and have no repentation available.
Only possibility is to pray to the Saint against whom this heinous sin has been committed because only he has the authority to forgive. One may think it does not matter at all but the divine punishments are beyond one's understanding and by the time one realizes it gets too late. So, such misguided people who wrote such things or thought bad about him should sincerely pray to Jagadguru Shree Kripalu Ji Maharaj to forgive them and as his name stands he is real saint and full of mercy to do so. He even issued instructions to all his followers and devotees not to blame or curse even the girl who accused him and that shows how generous he is.
We always disrespect great holy men when they are alive and worship them when they are gone. We must learn from our mistakes and recognize the greatest personality on earth who is here for our spiritual upliftment.
I request to media as well not to be part of malign campaign honour such great personalities. People working in Media are human beings as well and they will also have to face the God one day as well.

THE STATE conceded yesterday there was no evidence to make out a prima facie case for rape against 85-year-old international Swami (Hindu priest), Jagadguru Ram Tripathi Maharaj.
As a result, Deputy Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Roger Gaspard, informed the court that the DPP’s department was discontinuing the matter against the Swami.

Deputy Chief Magistrate Mark Wellington, presiding in the San Fernando First Magistrate’s Court, then informed the Swami that he was free to go.

This order brought cries of jubilation from the crowd which had gathered in and outside the courtroom, and exchanges of hugs between devotees of the Swami.

Swami Tripathi Maharaj was alleged to have raped and molested a 22-year-old Guyanese woman in a prayer-room, at a house at which he was staying in San Fernando, when she visited him in May.

When the matter was called yesterday morning, Gaspard told the court that the State’s evidence in the matter was tenuous and they (the State) would not be able to make out a prima facie case against Maharaj. Gaspard then made an application before the court to have the matter discontinued. Magistrate Wellington said no evidence was offered and he then dismissed the matter.

I am from inda.Firstly i would humbly request to every person that not write these kind of delusive comments.We are human beings.We don't have the spritual power as well as knowledge to prognosticate anything which is beyond ourself.They are the spritual unfeigned personification of god.In the history there are lots of example when even God had to give the illumination to this world.So don't be obscured.The person who is seducing these type of fabricated information will be punished.So, i would like to heartly request all of you do the core devotion of God and his paradigm.

But, also remember one more thing. If your conscience tells the TRUTH is otherwise, do not hesitate to challenge the world. Come out loud and clear, that you did not get JUSTICE. Tilottama Ma, speak the TRUTH, stand by TRUTH, have SHIVA on your side. Then see, how you get powers and spiritual bliss.

Please do pay heed to the advice of this person, who wants you to progress, spiritually. Shiva and all other gods and goddesses will then be with you.

What was revealed in the police report was that the sexual episode lasted for an almost an hour, and she corporated during this time. This was the reason that the prosecution team admitted that "the consent was untenable" and as such the case was dismissed.

It appears that the victim was mesmerized by subtle hypnotic suggestions and drugs (spray), and forced into the diallance. It is reported that she was seen dis-oriented and speaking incoherently at the scene soon after. Later when she "composed herself", she realised what had happened and reported the matter to the police.

Any sensible defence team would have ripped her to pieces with legal technicalities.

Kripalu ji is divine personality. He is Great Saint. i Love jagadguru kripalu ji. He is full of knowledge and divine love. We are LUCKY, they are with us on this earth.

It's unfortunate that the JKP Didis, especially the one in the Yellow Sarees have become a symbol of major Suspicion in the society. If Gopi Bhao and Charan Seva is a fact of life at JKP, then all the Didis in Yellow Sarees are the prime suspect for being the Gopis of Maharaj (the one who plays the role of Krishna or Radha).

This will create a very nasty social effect on the people, where these Didis in Yellow Sarees will go for speeches in public. They may be mentally strong, but, their very presence can pollute the minds of common people or aspiring devotees.

May the society and JKP look into this issue seriously and do whatever is in the best interest of the common people. JKP is possibly more concerned about the interests of their Guruji, his families, and the Didis and all their amenable devotees. But, possibly, they have not given a serious thought on behalf of common people. Request JKP to also think on this line. Trust JKP has enough wit and spiritual power to create a conducive atmosphere for common people. We, as common people, will then feel very very happy.

I am your well-wisher. I have first-hand information that now, after so many incidents and information on sexual approaches within JKP, some group of people are getting attracted to you just because of these amorous and sexual approaches.

I don’t know of the girls, whether they are getting attracted to you for the sake of having sex with Krishna incarnation, but, a possibility lie there. But, the spine-chilling thing, which I heard is that, some group of people are considering the women in Yellow sarees as the ones with whom they can have sex, as they have firm belief that these women in yellow sarees had sex with their Guru. So, these women in yellow sarees can be enticed to have sex with others, as well, is their belief.

Matas and Didis in Yellow sarees, please beware. There are some people, who are quite notorious are now having their sights on you. You people go to distant and lonely villages for giving pravachans and discourses. Security is very thin in such places. You can be a soft target and if anything happens, untoward, in such places, it will be earth-shattering for all of you and also the society.

Somehow, JKP, please do something, so that, this image of sexual approaches within JKP is changed. You are unnecessarily attracting notorious criminals and sexual insanes towards you.

JKP and all devotees of JKP, take this message seriously and act accordingly.

Consensual sex with female devotees as “Krishna” and getting devotees wealth by Sewa is an established and accepted way of life at JKP. The devotees by their own will participate in these activities. They are consenting adults. Therefore, who is any body to criticize JKP?
