I know it's wrong, but when they finish this, I am going to put my scooter in stealth mode (headlight off) and roar with all 6 1/2 horspower across that bridge in the middle of the night. Someone stop me pleezeee

There is really no need for a full road there, though one was originally planned in the 60's Foot and bike bridge is best.

This is all kind of funny/ironic. In the late 80's and early 90's, while dividing time between Homestead HS and middle college at De Anza and eventually De Anza full-time, I grumbled about the wasted dirt ramp sitting in the school parking lot and how much faster it would be if there was a vehicle or pedestrian overpass connecting Mary. Now, almost 20 years later and when I'm thinking about taking some enrichment classes at De Anza, the bridge moves forward. Too bad I'm not living in the Mary/Fremont area anymore!!!!
