Cherokee County Texas processed Brandon Wayne Robertson in the Rusk, TX sheriff department, when a DPS officer brought him in for booking. That was April 6.
Robertson was a parolee carrying drugs and a gun.
The county court at law judge was given the duty of arraigning and setting bond for Robertson because district attorney Elmer Beckworth refuses to prosecute relatives of law enforcement (the Chief of Police in Rusk, TX such as Larry Robertson). Brandon Robertson was in violation of his parole, so instead of calling his parole officers and notifying TDCJ, Elmer Beckworth and his buddies let Brandon Robertson go on a $7500 bond. Robertson got out the next day on Arpil 7.
Three weeks later, Robertson was pulled over again in Marion County by the DPS. Resulting in a high speed chase and a State Trooper being slaughtered.
Just check who shows up at Brandon Robertson's funeral--- Their favorite "Drug Mule" did a Duke's of Hazzard with horrible consequences.
Cherokee County is the drug corridor most used by crack and crystal dealers for a reason.
Those who were in law enforcement (Robertson is was an former Rusk Co. deputy and policeman in Kilgore) and those who are currently in law enforcement are the ones bringing and manufacturing drugs in East Texas.
There's another Brandon Robertson being groomed by Cherokee and Rusk County law enforcement right now--- to continue the crytal meth drug trade.

"Allegedly????"
Brandon Robertson shot himself 24 hrs after he shot DPS Trooper James Burns.
Brandon Robertson had over $15000 worth of drug money in his pocket, so the Cherokee County Texas municipal courts set a bond (at $15,000- for 2 counts, one: a felon carrying a gun and two: a felon carrying crystal meth).
Brandon Robertson was a parolee from Smith County.
Cherokee County never notified Smith County that the DPS had arrested Brandon Robertson in Rusk, TX.

Daily Horoscope for December 12

Pisces

Ask someone for their advice and they'll still be talking half an hour later. Unfortunately, even though they're saying a lot, there may not be many pearls of wisdom in their conversation and you may quickly decide that they're just yakking on about whatever has popped into their head, with little or no relevance to what you asked them in the first place. Ho hum!
