Third trial begins Monday in Mineola swingers club, child-sex ring case

I just don't believe that any of this really happened.

This case looks and feels just like all those satanic sex ring convictions from the 90s that turned out to be pure bull.

No, justice hasn't been served. He is innocent and you can't prove me no different. Cause it never happen. He was not proven guilty either. He would never take part in such a thing. He is a nice hard working family man who would do no wrong to children. He should be home with his family, not behind bars. I'll bet you can't prove me any different. Cause you can't prove something that never happen.

I wish that whomever put all this trash in these kids heads would come foward so Patrick Kelly can come home with a clean record. I cannot take it that he is behind bars. He does not deserve to be behind bars.

Three others go to court in May. I got May 8th for pretrial and May 11th for jury trial. Lets see how this turns out. I pray this releases Patrick Kelly from prison of his innocents. For he is innocent.

Well, I read every word and listened to the interview and I am seeing things a tiny bit differently. I see that Margie Cantrell is a nutjob. Sunshine, tell me one thing, as far as you know was Booger Red ever in that building in Mineola? Was he a part of the swingers set out there? According to his interview, he never did anything except have barbque's and drink beer at home on week-ends.

Sunshine, I have had all this stuff on my mind and first let me say to you that if Booger Red Kelly is innocent of these charges I want to apoligize for some of the terrible things I posted about him over the months, but I guess it's human nature to go into a rage when you think a child has been hurt and abused. I do think the others involved in all this are NOT innocent of abusing their kids, but I think Kelly may have gotten in too thick with his neighbors, and that was his mistake.

I do know that "Texas Monthly" is a very respected magazine and I think that article and interview will be the big factor in getting him cleared. If it could make me change my thinking about this case, believe me it could make anyone.

I put a message here a couple hours ago and now it has dissapeared. Whats that about??? There was no reason for the moderators to delete it other than me saying something about Smith County Justice might be fair when this case comes back up. I am going to try to put it in again. It's a message to Sunshine and I don't appriciate it being taken down.

Sunshine, if Booger Red Kelly really is innocent of these charges, then I apologize to you for all the horrible things I have posted about him over the months. I think it's human nature that most people go into a rage when they think a child has been hurt or abused by an adult. I do think the others in this story are guilty of abusing their kids. Maybe Kelly's mistake was getting too friendly with his neighbors.

I do know that "Texas Monthly" is a highly respected magazine and I have a feeling that article will do a lot towards setting him free. If it could change my way of thinking about this case, believe me it could change anyone's.

my brother is sitting in jail wating to go to trial my brother is inoccent i bealeave they are all innocent my brother loves his children and i know he would never do what there saing what i think is that margie cantrell had put all those nasty thing in those babys head and now my brother is suffering as well as everyone else familys friends people that are close to them are suffering

Truth is "SUNSHINE" is spinning this margie made it up thing and so dumb he forgets their are other children , I have watched the trials and I believe the kids.

Dirty way to try a case blame it all on margie Cantrell the one that all she did was tell the cops what "PART" of the children said,she didn't even know the other kids "who" made them say all these guys hurt them ?????????? I have read of women who just live to stir up stuff. They are cruel while giving the impression of being self-sacrificing, and kind and good. They love the attention and they love people thinking they are such givers. They love the pats on the back constantly.
