Dish Soap Law: Wisconsin to ban phosphorus in dish detergent starting July 2010

It could soon be the end of your favorite dish detergent here in Wisconsin. Governor Doyle just signed a bill banning the use of Phosphorus in dish washing detergent.

The Phosphate free dish washing products do not clean nearly as well as indicated in users from California. First they banned enzimes and now this. Pretty soon will be washing our dishes with only water. They'll probably ban that as well because the water will get dirty from the dishes. Just more government regulation. Like the new light bulbs, ethanol, restricted shower heads, 3 litre toilets, etc etc. Mr. Doyle should be working on lowering taxes and job creation instead of mandating stupid stuff like this.

What the hell does DumDum Doyle care- he probably hasn't done dishes in his life.

There will be jobs created. The dishwasher will have to work overtime now.

I think he should worry about jobless people, crime in Milwaukee, oh gee lets fix that, obviusly he dont care about people, instead he is worried about doing dishes. Fine, if he bans our fav dish soap, then I will just use paper plates, and create more trash for the dump sites. So I think he needs to rethink this and consider whats more important
