Every state should have a death penalty and use it often.

Truly sad. May Mrs. Roth rest in peace. I'm with Chief Schultz on the death penalty in this case.

I think this case should be eligible for the death penalty as well. Anyone who did that these people did shoud go immediatly to death row, in a matter of months not years.

This proves there are some really sick minded people walking around in this world. The son steals mom's credit cards, she turns him in and then the daughter inlaw plots and kills mom! After that the poor woman is given a burial in a remote area in the mountains. This is a death penalty case because the death occured well before July 1 and that's the date retardson put the law into effect.

I am so thankful, they finally found her body. It is sad her son and his friends could not appreciate all the good she did for him. I hope they get a very long prison sentence, if not the death penalty. We do not need their kind in our society.

I would say, fly then into Iran and toss then out of the plane, but the Iranians probably do not deserve this group of sub-humans, either.

So many people held out hope that she would be found alive. My deepest condolences to all of you and may she rest in peace.

To those animals that viciously murdered her, may you spend the rest of your miserable days wondering how you are going to die because the death penalty SHOULD apply here!

I say death penalty for sure, no and if or butts for the tragic death of a wonderful lady and educator. Her own family did this. We need the death penalty back as the whole country. They will get out in about 5-8 years and who will be the next one they kill.
Get them all, and string them up.

This one made me sick! I actually cried. Here is a women who taught school for 25 years had a son who was a POS or maybe it was just the wife & friends, maybe it was the drugs that made him steal the credit cards all I know is it sounds like several sick SOB's killed a teacher.Heartbreaking.

My prayers are with you Ellen Roth and thank you for being brave may GOD Bless you Rest in Peace...

As for the low life scum that did this to you, the death penalty is too good for them! I hope they rot in prison for 50 years each and have to think of what they did to you each & every day. I hope they put a photo in their cells of you the garage, your body and the place and they buried you in Jemez to remind them of what they did...That is worse then the death penalty...

Having worked with ellen for 6 years, all i can say is that she was a great woman....and did not deserve this! People knew from the start who was involved....its just a shame that it took so long to settle it.....the time these psychopaths had to just continue on with their lives while this woman lay buried in the mountains, is time that was not deserved....thanks to the tipster that gave the idea to look in the Jemez mtns....and hopefully the justice system will take over now and be sure that these individuals will never see or taste the sweet air of freedom ever again...

Daily Horoscope for December 4

Aries

Be very wary about mixing love and money today, because they could curdle and leave a nasty taste in your mouth. Someone might rip you off, or so it seems to you. And 'seems' is the operative word because, with the Moon in sensitive Cancer, you're very subjective and emotional, strongly influenced by your feelings. There is also a chance that someone you trust is playing fast and loose with your heart, although you won't be certain of that just yet.
