Please explain why you do not have the moral courage to consolidate KBO and SAO. Is it because Byron and the rest of his hand picked KBO crew don't want to drive to SAO. I understand that you have been told by a majority of the board to consolidate. Who is your boss?......Byrun and Randy?......or all of the board members?

What do they say in the movies when a character goes off on a digis speech like this? "Whoa! There are a LOT of issues going on here!" Unfortunately none of them have any thing to do with CCSD. Moving the financial half of the district to Shiprock would not put the administration under the Navajo Nation or the Chapter in any way, anymore than the NN or the Chapter are running the administrative half that has been there for 20 years. What it means is that Gregg Epperson would not have any excuse any mores for not keeping an eye on Byron "BM" Manning!
Yup. Your are right. There are numerous of issues going on in that "rant", and they're all true. Who the hell wants an administration in a 3rd world country, close to all that riff-raff. It's not a good environment nor conducive to a professional business atmosphere. I guess it's about what you're accustomed to. Enjoy.

Finally! A post from Gregg Epperson himself! Welcome to the blog Mr. Epperson. We know you think our kids are just riff-raff, which is why you live in Cortez and never come out of your office when you're in Shiprock. I am glad you can at least be honest about your feeling about the Dine' people here.

No prob, just call me "Eppy", dude. You're missing my point, due to your ingrained ignorance. Your kids are not riff-raff. The politics and adults that engage in them are garbage. The kids therefore offer "reflections" of their environment. That's why it's a good policy to remove the children from the "garbage heap" and provide them with a normal environment that is conducive to a good learning environment, good citizenship and a real world atmosphere. The value-added benefits for the children is that they won't have to wear respirators to breath from all those air-borne particulates derived from your overgrazed ranglands, farms that are cultivated in 60mph winds, gang-bangers wannabes lighting those huge brush fires, save them from being eaten by the hoards of wild starving dogs, etc., etc. I took a "business" trip to Gallup and on to Flagstaff, the other day. Your "rangelands" dominated by hoards of feral jug-head looking horses are undergoing the second level of desertification. The shifting sands have covered the fence posts along the roads. What is the "duty" of those so-called "Grazing Officials" and "Farm Board" Officials. Like you, they are ignorant do-nothings. At a minimum, if we "bus" your children to Kirkland, they can see some green and growing vegetation, something besides tumble weeds. We also offer shade trees in "Mormieville" that are not considered noxious weeds like Chinese elms, salt cedar, Russian olives, knapweed and all your other riff-raff. What else ya want to know from your pal Eppy? Just let me know. Your children will thank me, when they become educated enough to realize the difference between your world and the REAL WORLD.

Dear Eppy. I can tell you are extremely educated by how you're poorly written and grammatically incorrect you have stated your case. The only difference between your children and ours is the money that is spent at the schools.

Most Districts post their yearly Audits on their Web pages. Where is CCSD's? Whoever they are paying to do their Web page, you can't find anything dealing with the budget. Why is that? Do they have something to hide? The answer is a definite yes!

Wow. This all reminds me why I rarely read the FDT and even more rarely read these blogs. I'm happy with the new superintendant and see that decisions are being made with thought. Congratulations to the school that made ayp. I'm sure that students and staff will continue to do make their own personal ayp wherever they are.

My education suites ME, just fine, thank you very much. It has served me very well. The truth seems to be burning your butt. Eat a popsicle. BTY, I AM a Navajo, without blinders. Get an education, it will remove yours too.
