^ Idiot. Maybe if your friends didn't shoot people they wouldn't be in jail.

And what do you mean by: See you soon, that is a promise..?

Please don't shoot me.

Idiot! We are doomed as a society if you are truly hoping you will see this guy soon. Maybe you meant after he gets the chair.

This girl must be joking. Well now that I think about she's probably serious. I'm sure in her community this guy is a celebrity. What do you think Taylor.

Patriot...ive read a lot of your comments on murders in our hoods, or in your words communities. You take these things as jokes as if people arent hurting on both ends of the table. Yes, Jason was dead wrong for what he did. but you have to think about the people that love him too. im not one of those people, he killed someone i looked up to. but dont down jason's family and friends, they weren't the ones who did it. They have a right to miss and love as well.

Welcome to Charlottesville, home of the gangs, drugs and senseless murders. And to think we were named the All American City years back, sure wish we could qualify for that again, but thanks to the ever changing world we'll not ever get that vote again.. I sure hope this sends a signal that we're tired of this crap!

I'm sorry but this guy deserves the chair. If he has no respect for life then he should loose his. Who will be at the end of his gun next time a defenseless child? I'm sorry for what he has put those he loves through with his actions.

Okay, does anyone comprehend that this Jason Marshman is a documented member of a gang called the Bloods?
When he was found in NY he had sawed off shotguns, handguns, cocaine and other drugs.
Here we go again... drugs, gangs, and guns.
It's becomming a common theme in Charlottesville VA.
He shot the gun at least nine times. That could have been nine children, elderly, or hard working folks shot on Hardy Drive.
It's hard to believe that someone would want to be with a man who found it so easy to shoot bullets into a community of innocent people.

I agree with you totally. He has a whole lot of mouth. He has no respect for grieving families. Hopefully the day that he looses a loved one he will get much more respect then he gives but then what goes around comes around.

I'll tell you this. If one of my family members is a thug and has no respect for life or others rights. If they ignore their responsibility to raise their children the right way. I will have little or no grief. You know all this started because I point out the truths that people like you ignore.

Let's not forget the people who testified in this case, they tampered with evidence and they also did not come forward right away. They only came forward to avoid getting charges or they were trying to get out trouble.
These people need to be in jail too. I really hope the Herndon Family take a good look at those who testified.

I agree! They need to be punished as well. If they really cared or wanted to help they would have came forward long before the trial even started. These streets are mean, thats something they need to know. Just because they testified doesn't mean everything's ok.

I wouldn't agree with you on Charlottesville being the home of drugs and senseless murders, I've been here all my life and feel very much safe, sure we have an occasional murder but try moving to California, Richmond, New Orleans, New Jersey or Memphis and then you will see the home of drugs and senseless murders. Charlottesville is considerably safer compared to those places, we hear about murder less than 5 times a year here and it's news for weeks, try watching the news online in those areas and you hear about 5 or more murders a day so count your blessings you are in Charlottesville and not one of the places that truly aren't safe to raise a family...

Amen! I got cold chills when I read that comment. A family should stick together through most things but did he think about someone else's family when he murdered him. And when you join a gang isn't that the ONLY family you care about?! Doesn't seem like gang members think about their real family when they join. And as far as the female that "will see him soon" she is not blood family! Maybe "gang" blood but not true family blood. I'm sure he would shoot her if his gang leader told him to. This world is being destroyed everyday by these kinda people (accessories to the crimes included) & the people that let them get away with it.

its weird when i was 15 i used to date this guy, he was 17 at the time. I never would have thought that he would come to this tragedy. He was a very flashy guy he had all the latest clothing, and his mother took very good care of him. As i look back he was kind of spoiled he never worked and everything was handed to him. He acted like a tough guy along with his friends who had everything as well but inside he was really a soft person. I guess now his actions took on a real reality. I'm sorry for the loss of the brother that died at his hands and im sorry that jasons life spiraled down like it did.

Whoever you are you have no idea. The man that is dead followed him from the club that night. He arrived in the same house with a gun in his hand. If that was you what would you have done. Many people don't know the true story. It was self defense you asshole. Had you been in court you would have heard of the evidence. The guy who was killed was a bully who ran around high on drugs robbing and causing harm to charlottesville residents. Mr. Marshman has a child in that town. You sound so stupid when you don't know the true story. GOD is the real judge of this situation and for all those people who testified against him and lied under oath will soon get their day TRUST and believe that. The truth will soon come out and everybody would know that he is a good man that was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time. Being that you know so much, can u tell me why herdenon had a gun in the first place, what was his motive, answer that? let me guess, he was just playing around. Right

Daily Horoscope for June 1

Virgo

It's no good arguing with a certain person today because they'll always have a smart answer ready for you and you'll simply end up going round in circles. You could also get rather ratty in the process, which will destroy any chance of raising objective arguments or proving that they're a boring pedant who's only happy when they're scoring points off you. They might say the same about you!
