I wonder why the Secret Service isn't involved? Or perhaps they are and it just isn't being mentioned in the article.

Wasn't there a similar incident involving counterfeit money in Crossville a couple of years ago also?

Yes. I unfortunately knew the person who was busted and charged with Criminal Simulation.(Think that's what it is.) One lucky officer pulled them over and the Secret Service swiftly showed up to intercept the vehicle after the printer and a duffel bag full of random drugs was found. This is purely what the guy told me, we no longer talk though.

He was the first one to make a big habit out of it and now we got the same 'intelligent' people doing the same garbage with their printers' at the house. I do not know anything about it circulating this time but it's apparently pretty rampant again. I highly doubt they will take it easy on this next batch of morons.
(I'm thinking it's still a local thing anyway, could definately be wrong.)

Ahh okay. I think you're right about it being a local thing. It's very coincidental that it is happening again in the same area.

All real bills are textured on the presidents clothing on the bills. People are bleaching them now though. Really doesn't take a genius to find a fake one. I busted a guy with one at wendys about 4 years ago.. he would have got away if he wouldn't have gone to dq right after to cash in another one. He had a stack of em. The officers who responded made him come back to Wendy's and apologize... I then let him know how I felt about low lifes like himself : )

There is always funny money floating around during and after the 127 yard sale.

If U make it or the government makes it, what's the difference they're both equally as worthless.. Ain't that what our government does when they can't afford something.. Make money that has no value behind it.. Hell a cpl good hrs of mass production and anyone could bail out the banking system when it crashes again next year! But yet our great leaders don't care as long as there is enough to vote themselves another pay raise.. Wake up.. Ppl are broke .. It's only going to get worse .. Yeah u can say go get a job till you're blue in the face but realistically there are many more out of work people than there are jobs.. More and more jobs leave this country every day while more and more illegals enter it.. No empire lasts forever and our time is coming

yeah and it looks like the police would see that too! Because it was two years ago at this same time of year! So I think they might know who to ask the questions first!!!

fake money is always around when i worked at a gas station i always scratched the coats of the president to make sure it was real.last year they found a bag full of fake money in a pilot trash can.
