Lousy Dangerous Candles From Corning Ohio/China

My wife recently bought some candles and crafts from Marolts near Corning Ohio. She thought they were cute. We were burning one of the candles and it had been burning for several hours on the kitchen table. All of a sudden this jar practically exploded spewing hot candle wax and glass all over the table. Luckily we were not sitting there at the time and no one was hurt. Thank God it didn't errupt into flames and it went out. We had a helluva time cleaning up the wax and glass but were thankful no one was hurt. We looked at the other candles and it all said they were made in China. This woman is labeling dangerous candles from China as her own. We called Marolt's and ultimately were given the phone number for a Kathy Grannon it was a bogus number. I was told by another mutal friend she was fired from Mc Donald's in NL some time ago. Evidently she can't work fast food or make candles. Do not buy these items they are not handmade and are dangerous candles from China. They are most like filled with lead and other dangerous chemicals and are a hazard in hurting you or burning down your home.

I want to make a correction I said this craft/floral shop was near Corning Ohio but my wife tells me it was in New Lexington proper. She is from down there and I am not. We have tried the number over and over again given to my wife by the flower shop for this "Kathy Grannon" but its either been disconnected or isn't the correct number. Again I want to emphasize these candles are re-labled candles from China. They are not handmade if they are its by the Chinese. These are a danger to you and your family avoid them at all cost. I have filed a report with the BBB and they said they would "list" this person as someone not to do business with. So again my warning is not to buy or burn these candles your life might depend on it.
