Well, if it's all about the TRUTH, then why would he need to lie to the court and the people of Seminole County who pay him a pretty good salary to uphold the laws, even if it hurts someone else? How is that helping the situation? Please enlighten us.

She is a victim not the criminal. I hope and pray people will get there crap together and realize the more you attack the victim less likely another victim or family will step forward... Around these small parts of the world the only thing you can do is go to the sheriff which in this case happened to be the predator... Her and her family had noone to go to, and when you have seen other victims fate be decided by the sheriff and them never get their justice and hundreds of sheriff's reports vanish and the people that filed them told they do not no what they are talking about you to would keep your mouth shut. Some Times LIFE is more Valuable than a chance at Justice...

Its all about education and intelligence, neither sheriff nor she used either one of them. the sheriff needs to leave and prosecuted(he knew better). The girl needs psychological help and so does her guardians. Taxpayers get ready to pay for this stupid act.

thanks for that one!! if it was someone's daughter niece or granddaughter, they would have a bullet to his head also. but it's not them so it's another opportunity to talk shit. one thing to look into-- this happened to his wife's niece and he was protected when it happened while he was undersheriff. he stepped up to the bat as sheriff now and that's why no one can protect him.

OK How many times do you people need to be reminded that Yes Joe told the truth,How many years has this man been in Law enforcement.He has always been there for this area of the state.I have know him for many many years.He gave a girl some beer.Get real people.Bet you have done the same thing.You just didn't tell anyone.Joe has always been there for me.He was there when stores where almost robbed.He was there when we just needed the law.U people need to judge yourself before judging him.This girl sounds to me like she just didn't get what she wanted.What ever that may have been.I don't know her and don't want to.I do however know Joe.I am ashamed of the way this was handled as should allot of other people.The law is the law,they are not perfect.They are just like you and me.We should stand up for them.Not try to knock them down.You never know when you will need an officer,Joe was the kind that would be there no matter what.If so many people what to complain about the law maybe you should become one and see what it is like to leave your family everyday,Go to work so some one can spit on you, cuss you,kick,hit,and try to kill you and in some cases they do kill.It is not an easy job.Joe was ready all these years for you to call and need his help,now he needs ours and people just wnat to knock him down more.Joe stood for Good in Seminole County he just got a bad deal.And no I don't care what you think,
