Well its because people are afraid of him and wont stand up to him. The league also has NO MONEY because the president of the league has not made any deposits.

From what I have heard they picked their all stars before the games even got started and have been practicing them of the nite on the weekends. I was even told the list of the ones that had been practicing. Its not fair doing the kids the way they have been done. Im 99 % sure this is true!

what has this person done to make you so afaid of him.and if he is that bad why would you let him coach your children.why not call the boards office and let them know what's going on in the school.they must be in the gym at a school that makes it the board's business.why not call and tell them why you want your name kept out of it but you want to see something done.call and ask to speak to the atletic director and see what can be done .i would love to see someone stand up to this person and let them know you are not going to stand by and let this go on.go in groups stand together for your children if you don't change it this person is getting what he want's.and it will continue next year.

They are scared of him because he spent time in jail for being accused of Murder, he is on probation for and spent time in jail for selling drugs. He beats his wife and the list could go on and on. Yes the allstar team was picked before the season even started and yes they have been practicing. I will not allow my children to play any sport that the man has anything to do with and the parents of Man need to come together as a community and rid him of being a coach or board member for any sports. He might not have been found guilty of murder but he is CONVICTED FELON and is currently on PROBATION. Its public record you can get a copy at the courthouse its that simple get him away from your kids..

This guy may have paid a debt to society and yada yada yada. He doesn't need to be around children, the sad part is that he ain't the only one. There are a few youth league coaches that have done similar or just as dangerous.

I haven't seen a Buddy League game in a blue moon and don't claim to any expert. I don't think it takes a rocket scienctist either to figure out that CG know zilch about basketball. Nor does he seem like a community organizer either to hold a office postion with a league. Nor do I believe a someone with his past should be allowed around children either. If others couldn't put these together then guess what? You got what you deserved for letting him hold any position within the league.

Well I heard the other Leagues have already got wind of this news and Man allstar basketball team will not be included in the allstar games for the league. Its a shame parents in Man support this kind of behavior then complain that the kids in Man are alwasy left out.

You people in Logan better worry about your High School soon not being allowed to play post season basketball because of the recruiting of kids from other areas, states, and hell even countries....

Its a shame something hasnt been done about the blatent breaking of the SSAC rules....

I know the little promises made and jobs for parents and houses for players..... Hell when I was in school, there were two 25 year old guys from Estonia playing high school basketball..... I talked to a couple guys from that team a few years later and they said they knew all along how old they were.....

So you all dont need to sit on your high horse and act like Logan athletics is so squeaky clean.... Dont worry it will all come back to haunt them and they will end up forfeiting any championships they won since probably at least 2000....

Like I said in the other post---all kids are not all-stars! If he picked the best to play then let it be. The kids want to win as does he and the parents. If your kid(s) are not good enough to play all-stars then they shouldn't make it. The point of playing is to win. All-stars is not meant for every kid to play and it be fair! The best play-plain and simple!!!

I thought playing at this age was supose to be to learn the game. If you set back and watch parents at these games its all about trying to be what they weren't in school. Let kids have fun and learn the game being on the allstar team doesnt mean you are heading to the college of choice. My son plays college ball and the only way he got there is from this small hick town was to learn the game in little league and then take what he learned and applied it in High School. These little kids have a long way to go and the parents already think they are ready for the NBA and its the same set of parents in every sport.

See right here is another big problem. If you read some of the post you get the impression the "real concern" is over a all star team. That something wasn't fair about it one way or another. If you biggest concern is that a all star team has been secretly picked without your knowledge then your priorities are wrong. If I was a parent with a child wanting to play I would have to say no to my child in beginning because the characters running it. First and foremost is your child's well being. Not that they and you become some member of elite club. When you guys let CG become a important figure in this league did you really think any good could come it?

I agree Town Voter, I wouldnt want a convicted felon that is still on probation anywhere near my child much less leave him in a gym to practice with this drug user. If the league has lost money its their own fault for putting him in charge of the money. I always thought the treasure took the money at the end of the night and made sure it got deposited.

Dont blame the kids for what their DUMBASS parents allow to happen around them. The whole town of Man and their athletics program are ruined!! Would you let a pedophile coach your kids if he could guarantee a Win? Well hell people from Man would probably fight to get their kids on that team!

Daily Horoscope for June 1

Virgo

It's no good arguing with a certain person today because they'll always have a smart answer ready for you and you'll simply end up going round in circles. You could also get rather ratty in the process, which will destroy any chance of raising objective arguments or proving that they're a boring pedant who's only happy when they're scoring points off you. They might say the same about you!
