Cat-stomper released from prison

After another 3 months in jail, the homeless man who stomped two Annapolis cats to death in 2006 is once again free!
Michael Alan Poole, who lasted only 13 days on the streets in July after a judge placed him on probation for killing the cats, was released Friday 11/02 after being sentenced to time served for a July 29 probation violation.
Circuit Court Judge Michael E. Loney ordered his release.
Assistant State's Attorney Kimberly DiPietro said Poole needed a more structured environment than was available at that time.
But Judge Loney still ordered his release.
The judge placed Poole back on probation and told him to take his medicine and find a suitable place to live-ahhh who is going to monitor Mr Poole-"Judge Looney"??

I read another article about him the other day. he was tryin to steal a donation can for the spca. this man needs help off the streets. and i really dont think he likes animals.

He sounds very disturbed. I would think there should be a concern for peoples safety. Serial killers often start out with animals. He should definately be monitered but I guess if we monitered every looney out there it would get quite expensive to say the least!

That judge is out of his mind, people like the cat stomper are a walking time bomb. You can expect he will harm or kill someone within 6 months.

This is why we need to legalize concealed carry. In case one of us runs across this man and others like him. Women are at high risk of attack by the criminally insane.

This cat stomper now stays across the street from my home.He is living with a 86 yr old man.When the man gos to bed he steals his car.He is nuts and a sex offender.Michael poole is crazy and we in our neighborhood fear for the safty of our children.Let him move across the street from that judge and see how he sleeps at night.He should still be in jail,I guess when he kills someone then they will keep him in jail.We have to look at him everyday and keep our kids inside because of that judge letting him out.thanks to the system we will live in fear.

I can't stand people that want to hurt animals. The next time he does something like that he shouldn't be put in jail, he should be thrown in a hungry tiger cage. Let him stomp that kitty.

I hope he comes back in his next life as a cat and a bigger animal tortures and scares him..

most peeps who harm animals start with cats or dogs and move to humans do some homework most serieal killers aside from ending up in florida start with animals!

i dont know why the fuck you are so scared you iknow nothing about me and i dont think you have the right to judge me due to what u hear or read on the news you cant believe everything youn see without fully understanding what is going on

Michael Poole, I know you, you are nothing but a f*cking loser. Every time you go to jail, you go on suicide watch because you are scared bitch. The world would be a better place without you. I speak for many people, go kill yourself for real.

People that enjoy being cruel to animals are just degenerates. Worthless stains on the society we live in. Their behavior makes them feel like they have power and control over another living thing. Apparently someone like that wasn't given enough hugs or was picked on severely as a child. Too bad the only way they can feel good about themselves is to pick on a defenseless animal. People like Michael Pool are the saddest examples of human life. They are pitiful excuses for men. I hope that Michael learns from his mistakes and changes his lifestyle and if not I hope he rots in hell.
